Within the 7 months we have worked with Innvonix, they have consistently delivered high-quality code that meets our business requirements. We have released several new version and completed many sprints and new features.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided regular updates through our chosen communication platform, Slack. We had video meetings as well every day for our standup. Almost everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a deadline wasn't going to be met and the valid, unavoidable reasons why.

Their mobile app development skills were outstanding and more than sufficient for our purposes. They also met all our knowledge requirements. They had excellent and consistent communication. Our relationship has become very friendly, trustworthy, and mutually beneficial.

There have occasionally been times where miscommunications have led to discrepancies in achieving deadlines however these are not their fault, rather just a mistake, and we have both improved to address this as we move forward.

Spain implemented a law that requires homeowners and property management companies to register all guests who rent villas or apartments. It’s a manual process where guests must provide their passports and ID information. We wanted to make that process digital.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They outlined the entire platform, documented everything, and showed me what modules we needed in a very professional manner. They did all the architecture work and development, as well as the prototype, frontend, and social media.

The first phase is complete, and they’re currently working on marketing.

We started in April 2017 and were done three months later. I’m using the system now and we have more customers coming in. Some customers have requested some new features or changes.

Innvonix responds and solves problems very quickly. They’re really good at what they’re doing. They’ve delivered according to our timeline, cost estimates, and expected quality. I can’t think of a single thing they could be doing better.

How did Innvonix Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team is very professional. They have a clear plan and document everything. They tell me when they need something from me and provide time estimates for every task. We’ve had a few problems with bugs, but nothing major.

We’ve had meetings twice a week during intense phases. We mostly use Skype but have used Asana as well. They used Mantis during the testing phase. We also used Excel sheets for plans.

Quality, speed, and cost are all important in project management. They delivered on all three.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their project management and business development skills are outstanding. I haven’t seen that before.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could clarify the set of tools earlier. We came in with Asana late in the project. Talking about the pros and cons of each tool would be nice. We made the right decision, but I’m not sure if it was well-thought through or if we just got lucky.

They’re fast and efficient, but you need to know what you want. You need to be able to focus because they are fast and professional. It’s going to be costly if the customer doesn’t meet those requirements.
