The most critical part of the project was to integrate and merge data from multiple sources while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy. The new workflows were to be designed with adequate checks and balances in place. Another part was to create new workflows for incentive management. The data was supposed to be collated and validated from multiple sources followed by calculation based on business rules and then monies transferred to employees upon approval, all without any manual intervention.

The system has completely transformed our existing processes and dashboards. The incentive management process has been completely automated right from the calculation based on the actual sales data to payouts with new workflows that are consistent and have rigorous in-built controls. The dashboard prepared by Innovantes has been highly appreciated by the leadership and has helped us speed up decision making by having access to real-time information.

The idea was to empower the consumers to make the perfect gourmet meal at their own homes in the most hygienic way, using their own cookware, that too in 10-15 minutes.

We wanted to deliver meal-boxes with farm-fresh, pre-cooked ingredients in measured quantities with step by step self-explanatory recipe cards so that the consumers could prepare their own gourmet meals in flat 15 minutes. Innovantes was hired to give a shape to the idea.

Innovantes was mandated to develop high-performance e-Commerce platform for NM Foods. The idea revolved around healthy cooking at home facilitated by our meal-boxes with farm-fresh, pre-cooked ingredients in a measured quantity to prepare a perfect gourmet meal, all by yourself.

We also have introduced the concept of home parties with our meal boxes. The digital platform was required to deliver superior performance and exceptional user experience. The users could order the meals or set up a subscription to our healthy meals through our app or the website.

Users could avail of a discount using our digital coupon codes and pay the amount using a Payment Gateway. More than the technical know-how, a strong business understanding was the key to deliver the project successfully.

The platform has been developed on the stable .NET platform and the mobile apps on the hybrid Xamarin framework. It took about 4 months to complete the development. There was a special provision created for integrations multiple third-party systems for delightful and seamless user experience. We are now working on further enhancements.

Given that we had a couple of unsuccessful attempts to implement a CRM with two other organizations, we were extremely cautious in our approach and ensured they crossed all hurdles before we finalized a partnership with Innovantes.

The project was intended to improve our service capability and our internal and customer-facing processes. Our work processes were outdated and mostly manual, which was prone to errors, lack of follow up and insights.

The Innovantes' team had detailed discussions to understand our existing processes & workflows and explored what our team had theorised in our pre development of the product. Thereafter, Innovantes conceptualized and developed a state-of-the-art digital platform comprising tailor-made mobile applications for iOS and Android and a custom CRM solution.

The new platform- mobile apps and CRM ensured that the entire workflow- from enquiry generation to job completion and invoicing, was fully digitized. The new workflows proposed by Innovantes were efficient and have freed up considerable management bandwidth to focus on the core business.
