We had a complex flow of data from Firebase + GA4 into Big Query into LookerStudio. Our LookerStudio dashboards were dated, many were broken, and we needed many new data views. Ingsoftware optimized the data flow and provided many new and incredibly useful dashboards. They were able to complete everything we asked for quickly and effeciently.

We have a great new collection of Data Visualization dashboards.

The data flow is far more effecient and costs a lot less- they were able to reduce the amount of compute being used for the large data sets.

To enter the fractional-ownership gold trading business, we decided to engage a partner with proven experience developing applications for the precious metals industry in order to develop the MVP version of our trading platform. For this project, we decided on a set of minimal features needed for our customers to buy and sell fractional precious metals and to do it either with lump sum investments or through recurring payments. 

The platform was integrated with Kitco Metals (our fractional-ownership precious-metals partner) and relies on bank transfers as the basic payment option. IngSoftware provided all the UX/UI Design, development, and integration services and successfully launched our platform in November 2023.

Ing came recommended as experts with precious metals trading platforms, and they did not disappoint. We were impressed with their expertise and proactive approach, which led to excellent work and timely delivery. We really felt their commitment to the project when they participated in meetings with operating partners and payment providers. They took ownership of the process of researching how to successfully integrate them. 

Ing’s team went beyond our expectations on two occasions. First, they prepared a complete manual for managing our new platform, allowing us to configure different options ourselves. And they integrated a very valuable feature after the MVP was officially released, without extra charge. We acknowledge Ing's professionalism, flexibility, and genuine commitment. We were very grateful for the key moments when they went beyond our expectations to support our success.

They recommended nopCommerce for our platform, and we agreed to it but weren’t made aware of some of its limitations. These are not a deal breaker, but still would’ve been better to see the whole picture upfront.

In early 2023 we talked with several agencies, and all of them except Ing tried to convince us that what we wanted to achieve wasn't possible. Ing’s team embraced the challenge and in May 2023 we decided to give them a chance. Together we decided to do a small POC before taking on the full project. The POC was designed to enable model customization and manipulation using our WebGL platform, as well as exporting STL files for 3D printing. 
After the POC was finished successfully, we tasked Ing’s team to develop the MVP version of our app. This version should be a fully functional and usable platform in order to lay the foundations for future expansion of the ModelCreator platform. With the MPV successfully finished, we extended our cooperation with Ing so their team is currently in charge of the app maintenance, while we are also planning to start working on ModelCreator version 2.0 with them.

First, the POC was successfully finished in agreed time. Then they delivered the MVP version which works great and is the foundation for ModelCreator’s future growth.

For the proof of concept, we wanted to find out if, using only React Native, we can have our Athlete Advisor app running on three platforms. To test this, we have chosen one of the more complex screens from our system and tasked Ing’s team to develop it. This also included creating a fresh design that can later be applied to new versions of our apps. Two months after the POC was delivered, we hired them to continue working on our platform, alongside our in-house team.

The cooperation started in March 2023 with two projects. The first one is a rewrite of an existing desktop scanning app called Webscan. The current version was created using WPF and works only on Windows machines. Ing's task is to build the new app from scratch using .NET MAUI so it works on both Windows and Mac OS computers. The project is going as planned and we expect the new app to launch by the end of the year.

The second project relates to the optimization of edrewe, an accounting application (on the market since 2012) for tax consultants. Here Ing provides a scrum team involved in the project and all teams work in parallel to optimize different parts of the app. The main tasks of the team are the optimization of the whole system and the refactoring and remediation of the technological debt.

In the Webscan project, they took complete "ownership" of the application, they know the end goals, and are creating their own plans to deliver on what is agreed upon. This is a rare instance that an external team wants to take more responsibility than it is usual. Not only that, they want to understand our business as a whole and better understand how their work contributes to the big picture.

Besides sorting out some minor niggles that are usual at early stages of any cooperation, not much has happened that needs to be improved.

This customer experience platform allows to scale SPAR ICS's system landscape more efficient, enables a faster time 2 market for strategic projects and improve as well as fasten SPAR ICS' CI/CD pipeline.

The developed micro services are also part of a wider omni-channel initiative to provide a unified, consistent and outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints. Key deliverables for Ing's role in this project are ranging from the architectural design over a successful development as well as quality assurance for the respective micro services and their integration into our CXE solution.

Sometimes to work on a complete application, sometimes to develop new features or upgrade existing ones, and occasionally to fix bugs our core team did not have to destroy.

In summer of 2019 our representatives were in Serbia, in Niš, and through the local cluster of tech companies (NiCAT) met with their members. That’s how we met Miroljub from Ing, found out about their expertise and service, were impressed with their approach, and decided to give them a chance.

We hired Ing for different projects with different scopes, using technologies they have great expertise with. It was primarily Java with JSP, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot, but also Oracle DB, Kafka, and Angular.

The team had changed over time, but during most of our cooperation there were 8 developers. Mostly Java developers, but also a couple of full stack developers.

After the initial development project, we retained Ing to work on ongoing maintenance as well as adding new features to the solution. This year, we also wanted to do a UI/UX refresh, which is also being developed by Ing's team and will be launched during Q3/Q4 this year.

In January 2019, their team visited us in Salzburg, presented their expertise and services, and we quickly struck a deal to work together. Their approach that includes understanding their clients’ business challenges persuaded us that Ing is the best partner for us.

In the beginning of our cooperation, they spent some time understanding what our AI is all about and designing the first version of UI/UX for the frontend. Then they moved on developing the frontend which was done within X weeks/months. When the frontend solution was launched, Ing was tasked with maintenance jobs and developing new features when the need arises. Frontend was developed using React and Typescript with Domonda UI library.

They did an excellent job to understand our needs and develop the frontend our clients love to use. This is why we kept them on until these days and expanded the project this year to improve the UX.

We already did some projects together with INGSoftware and know them as a very reliable partner that's easy to work with.

First we briefed INGSoftware and described the general goal of the project and what results our customer are expecting. They assigned us a team with a project-manager, designer and developer that behaved like they were part of my own company. It was very easy to talk to them and they really dove deep into the task.

Together we created a new general design based on the existing corporate identity of our client. This design was fully based on mockups which we then discussed with the customer and after several sprints we had a final design everybody was happy with. The text-content of the web-presence was mostly created by us and INGSoftware created all the graphics, backgrounds and features like the fuel-station finder on the page.

The INGSoftware team asked use the perfectly right questions at the right time so we didn't need any refactoring-loops. They fully developed the webpage based on our technical requirements. After the webpage was deployed the INGSoftware designers also created the print-ready designs for new marketing brochures which were ready to be sent to a printing facility.

The customer's feedback was overwhelming. They told us that their existing clients congratulated on their new designs and that they were able to address new customers only because of their much more professional web-presence.

We developed a finance management product that enables organizations to keep track of their finances but don’t want to deal with tedious bookkeeping, piles of paperwork, and shoe boxes full of receipts. It is a digital all-in-one solution with automatic invoice recognition and payment, bank reconciliation, preparatory accounting as well as the possibility to integrate various IT systems and office software, market places, shop systems and other B2B providers.

After the web application has proved its usefulness with users, we decided to develop mobile apps (both for Android and iOS devices), to make all the features available to users when they are on the move.

In 2020 we hired Ingsoftware for a relatively small project and were blown away by their expertise and quick turnaround. This is why when we needed a team for mobile app development we didn’t hesitate to contact them again.

Ingsoftware is tasked with developing both Android and iOS mobile applications for our product. The whole project is split into four milestones that need to be finished during Q4 2022. Each milestone adds new functionalities into the mobile apps. For Android the development is done using Kotlin, while the iOS app is developed in Swift. Besides development, Ingsoftware’s team is working on UI/UX design adjustments when needed.

The team working on the project consists of 3 iOS developers, 3 Android developers, 1 UI/UX designer, and 1 Project Manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

From the start of the cooperation, their team’s expertise was clearly visible. They very quickly understood the project’s scope and started delivering set tasks. This resulted in launching the first version of the mobile apps on time. This trend continued and is still visible while we are all working together towards finalizing the milestone 2 implementation. They are not only executing everything on time, but are also proactively giving suggestions for how different things could be done in the best possible way.

We have daily meetings about the tasks at hand, as well as regular meetings of all project managers to synchronize different teams that are a part of the product development. Tasks are tracked using Jira. Their project manager is a proactive communicator and clearly holds everything under control, which is continually demonstrated by delivering all tasks faster than the set timeline.

I was blown away by their speed. They are very efficient and expedient and are consistently ahead of the set roadmap.
