We are extremely happy with the website that IndiaNIC have created for us. It is visually appealing, clean, easy to navigate, and responsive – everything we asked for. The CMS is intuitive and user friendly. The team was a pleasure to work with and has offered advice and support post-launch. We would definitely recommend IndiaNIC to others.

Easy Communication Mr. Bhavin was always available on call and always kept me updated about the status of the development process. They use BASECAMP for faster and easy communication so we can share files and details with every single person associated with my project

To finish developing our mobile app. We had a previous developer who was horrible. The IndiaNIC mobile app development team is much better.

We needed a developer to re-code our entire app. The IndiaNIC mobile app development team has been able to do an amazing job so far with the unique features we request.

We were given a project manager, two developers and other support outlets. The Liinks Group has it’s own designer for the application.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app was non-functional prior to the IndiaNIC team getting involved. They’ve been able to accomplish a lot in the two month period.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are great. I am able to request a phone/video call whenever I want to discuss details of the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The project is not complete yet, but if they are able to include all said features, then it will be truly impressive that they were able to code and develop my application.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are times where I question the work hours spent per-week. Nonetheless, they get what I ask done in a timely manner. I am satisfied with their work.

They developed my website for per how I wanted it. I’m very happy with the project manager from IndiaNIC, Bhavin Bhatt, who went above and beyond to help me understand, as I am not a tech-savvy person. This made me very happy, and I would add that Bhavin is highly reliable.
