We went through a thorough and rigerous application process which involved interviews, testimonials and small short term assignments which grew in size. IIH Global delivered outstanding results each and every time and continue to do so. Their customer service and speed of execution is exceptional.

We use IIH global for all our IT Services so its an ongoing relationship. The relationship consists of a wide range of services from bug fixes, to design and implementation to advisory. Their skills sets are far and wide and the standard is superior to any firm we have used in the past.

We have one point of contact (Sanjay) who is the project manager based in London. He allocates the work to the best suited person in his large team. Communication and understanding is impressive.

Given the relationship is ongoing the outcomes are continuous. The standard is absolutely exceptional. They over-deliver on every occasion. We are raving fans of this firm! They continue to impress us on every assignment, from small tweaks to our website to larger changes, design, understanding, attention to detail, following our brief, etc.

Emails and phone calls are responded to with great speed. Absolutely no breakdown in communication. Workflow is smooth and hassle-free. They know what they are doing so we just let them get on with it. It's like having your own in-house IT Dept.
