Our website was typical of an early-stage startup, but not of one that received Series A funding as we just had. So, we needed to upgrade it.

What was the scope of their involvement?
IIH Global is upgrading our previous website in WordPress, including the navigation structure. At the beginning of the project, my team discussed our goals with the teammates from IIH Global, who followed back with us quickly with design drafts. They offered suggestions on the overall structure, navigational option, and different themes. We provided all of the content for the site before the development was complete.
What is the team composition?
We typically work with one teammate from IIH Global, but I believe there is a larger team working on website development.
How did you come to work with IIH Global?
I’d worked with IIH Global at another firm.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around £1,000–£1,500 (approximately $1,400–$2,000 USD) with IIH Global.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement with IIH Global began in September 2021, and it is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website hasn’t gone live yet, so there are no metrics. However, I will say that the new site theme IIH Global designed is better than the previous.
How did IIH Global perform from a project management standpoint?
IIH Global is very responsive and turns around project deliverables quickly — IIH Global ensures our feedback is reflected in their work. Their ability to stick to timelines and budgets is excellent. Typically, we communicate with IIH Global via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciate the reasonable cost of IIH Global’s work. If I got this work done locally, it would be more expensive — working with IIH Global is cost-effective.

I don’t think IIH Global has anything to improve.
