What was the scope of their involvement?

IIH Global built my website; this involved UI/UX design tasks and development. They also worked on DevOps integration with Amazon while handling front- and backend tasks. For technologies, they mainly used WordPress and PHP, among others. 

For features and functionality, the website contained a video with text telling the user what the website was all about. Scrolling down would lead users to some recently added cybersecurity lessons and testimonials. Other tabs and pages were also built for the website.

I worked with four teammates from IIH Global, namely two technical specialists, a project manager, and a sales manager.

I contacted IIH Global through Clutch and found that they had a great reputation. I gave them the RFP, which was lengthy and had so many challenges. Then, we had two meetings to discuss project points. They gave me an excellent price — lower than half of the other providers’ quotes. I found that they completed many projects similar to mine. Given these, I started engaging them.

The project lasted from July–August 2023.

I was truly happy with the quality of their work.

I had some money savings because of IIH Global. Other vendors offered to do the job for almost double the team’s price. For timelines, I was expecting a 1–2-month development period, but their turnaround time was only 45 days. As a result, I also had time savings. 

Overall, the IIH Global team’s work quality and communication were awesome. We collaborated through a Slack channel. Whenever I sent something, they responded within an hour with clear instructions. Every Friday, we had calls through Google Meet and discussed the project’s progress. We used emails for invoices. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had an excellent price and delivered things on time and within budget without asking for extra things. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any.

Speak with IIH Global’s sales manager and send him your requirements in detail. Give screenshots and examples and tell them how you want your website to be. This gives them a solid understanding of your requirements, allowing them to deliver tasks on time.

They developed a custom built CRM system with built in SMS function and other bespoke features to follow our workflow and integrate some of the more manual tasks to make our organisation more efficient. We explained the workflow and the system was built in phases. We were able to test functions and give feedback. They have also built some custom lead generation forms for our website.

The system build has been ongoing since launch but the team have responded to our changes and are continually customising it so it meets our needs. Since we launched in August 2022 it has helped decrease the workload of our employees and drastically improved the way we communicate with our clients, with a custom dashboard that enables employees to easily manage their daily tasks.

They regularly met deadlines, and their communication was smooth and efficient. During the process we have communicated via Slack and Google Meet and they always respond quickly.

With Sanjay as our project manager we are able to communicate our changes with ease which is passed onto the development team, all whom are responsive and eager to help us achieve our goals.

I’m the CEO and co-founder of HealthLOQ. We provide product provenance and verification services, as well as electronic document authentication services, to the national products industries.

We wanted to have a high-quality development team without spending too much money on resources, so we hired IIH Global for staff augmentation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

IIH Global provides us with an outsourced development team. They do multiple projects for us on an ongoing basis, focusing on developing our products, services, and platform. Initially, we had various discovery calls with their director to discuss our needs. We had already discussed what we needed from these developers internally, so we also provided IIH Global with a requirements document we wrote.

Then, IIH Global provided us with candidate resumes to review, after which we interviewed the potential developers directly. Ultimately, we negotiated and agreed on a contract for the developers before onboarding them into our team.

Among the specific skills we were looking for, we requested Node.js and React development skills so that these resources could work with us as full stack developers and bring our products to the market. Additionally, we asked them to have some blockchain development experience as well.

I work with three people from IIH Global, including a project manager, a lead developer, and a junior developer.

I found them through online research. Although the project manager was based in England, he was able to work in our time zone. Additionally, he had a good understanding of the American economy, environment, and IT priorities, as well as the Indian workforce and their unique requirements and specialties. IIH Global’s cost was also great, so we decided to hire them.

It would be nice if IIH Global’s developers could improve their English skills. However, we’ve worked through those challenges easily.

Himanshu and his team are just superb in their management and delivery of the production solutions. They engage and communicate very well, punctual for all client meetings and are always able to demonstrate on a regular basis all the work that is being completed.

Comparing the performance of this team to the last team that is working on the product, I can clearly see that in the less time period we have completed the many features, and our product now works more smoothly without any glitches. Surprisingly, in the last 6 months, we have noticed that our end customers are getting very less/few issues/glitches in the live product compare to what it was earlier.

From the Project Management Standpoint, they are efficient and quick enough to develop all the tasks in the stipulated timeline. The quality of resources that they have was actually inline with our expectations and even outperform it as well.

Communication and Response time, and the execution. They have provided us with quality of work within the stipulated time. Their affordable rates are a cherry on the cake. It's difficult to find these kinds of perfect combinations.

At the moment, No. Based on my experience they are actually doing quite well. Maybe or maybe not, I will have something to point out in future.

IIH was hired to complete a web app based on a Figma wireframe we created. IIH used React and node to make our wireframe a real product.

Between 5-10 people worked on this project. We were given a main contact (Aastha) who did an excellent job being available and answering any questions we had. I was also frequently in contact with the lead developer on the project (Ronak) who explained the project in detail. These two did an exceptional job and are employees IIH can be proud of!

Currently, the product is undergoing a pilot.

IIH provides a primary contact who delegates between you (the client) and the development team. A majority of the project took place over Slack, which our IIH team effectively utilized. The timeliness was perfect. Changes we requested and bugs we found were addressed quickly and efficiently.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

IIH makes it easy for people trying to develop software for the first time. Ultimately, IIH was and has been on the same page with us from the beginning. They knew exactly what we were looking for, and what we didn't want. Other software development firms jumped at us with marketing proposals, designers, and irrelevant business consulting. IIH took the time to understand who we are and offer us their services accordingly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When designing front-end features, make key elements like the alignment of images, bars, and sizing more similar to the prototypes and wireframes provided. This was a minor problem and was quickly resolved.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The software works fast, and the certificates go automatically to our customers’ emails as soon as the results are finalized. We had a problem with one of the servers last month, but the IIH Global team worked really hard to sort it out immediately. Overall, they’ve delivered software that’s user-friendly and runs very smoothly.

How did IIH Global perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet their deadlines and deliver outputs that are 100% ready and require no additional changes. We’re actually still working with them on one more project, which is 80% done already. They’ve been working hard and implementing any changes we ask for, so I think it’ll be reason time. For communication, we interact through phone calls and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve been impressed with their responsiveness — whenever we have an issue, they get back to us as soon as possible and give their 100% effort. Moreover, their team understands that our customers are important because they need their certificates to travel, so whenever we need them, they give their best and update us immediately once things get sorted out. They’re also very friendly, approachable, and quick at solving problems.

No, they’re doing a great job, and I honestly feel like they’re the best IT company I’ve ever worked with.
