IIH Global delivered an app available in both Apple and Google stores. Users can log in to see available shifts and manage their own shifts and profiles. We then have a backend management system to facilitate all the functions we have internally. Features include a custom form, uploading compliance documents, shift verification, shift cancellation, exporting data, and reporting.

We worked with three teammates from IIH Global.

We found IIH Global through a referral from a friend. We chose them over other options because of cost, and they also seemed to be the most agile.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with IIH Global from October 2024–May 2025. However, we are currently in talks for the next development phase.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
IIH Global delivered a great product. There are still some future developments we have mapped out, but the product is functional in our business and has been adopted well. We’ve made efficiency improvements, and our reporting has improved greatly. We’ve also noticed positive user engagement.
How did IIH Global perform from a project management standpoint?
Overall, IIH Global was very responsive. The team was slightly late in delivering, but they were extremely responsive to feedback and development needs. Communication and collaboration started off challenging, but once we got into a flow and Sanjay took the overall lead, the project was executed very well, with massive improvements in the project delivery. The speed and communication of completing tasks were a challenge at first. We communicated via Microsoft Teams and emails. They constantly showed development changes and updates

It STILL hasn't been finished yet. We are almost 18 months over and still no sign of finishing. Awful communication. They keep trying to charge me for extra bits even though it's their mistake. They are awful at communication and the whole project has been a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

They do not test properly and release software that is riddled with bugs. They don't read documentation properly and agree to things they don't have the skillset to do and then ask you to pay more.

We're genuinely sorry to hear about your disappointment. At IIH Global, we value open communication and transparency, and we'd like to clarify some key points for the benefit of anyone reading this.
The original project scope — a B2C platform — was completed and delivered. Afterward, additional requirements were introduced, including a new B2B platform with extra features such as third-party integrations. Naturally, this extended the timeline beyond the original estimate. We accommodated these changes in good faith and without objection, even when the project name and direction changed midway.
In terms of testing, we repeatedly requested access to the third-party services needed for proper live testing, but this was not provided. Without access, it was difficult to validate the platform in real-world conditions, and feedback from your side was also limited during key stages.
It's also important to note that there's a difference between bug fixing (which we cover, and even offered one year of free support) and change requests or new features, which were outside the original contract. Despite this, we continued to support and make updates well beyond what was contractually required.
Finally, while we normally deliver final handover once contractual obligations — including payment milestones — are met, we made the platform live earlier as a gesture of professionalism and to keep progress moving.
We stand by the effort and professionalism our team put into this project. We remain open to resolving any outstanding matters fairly, once pending contractual obligations are fulfilled.
