Heru Loop designed and developed a complete digital solution for us, covering both its public-facing website and internal financial operations. The scope included a modern corporate website built with Next.js and React to present the company’s agricultural products, export capabilities, and international business presence. Alongside the website, Heru Loop developed a custom financial management system using .NET to centralize and track financial transactions, incoming and outgoing payments, expenses, balances, and overall cash movement across the business. The system was designed to improve financial visibility, traceability, reporting, and day-to-day management while replacing fragmented manual processes with a structured digital workflow. Heru Loop handled product and workflow analysis, UX/UI design, solution architecture, web development, .NET backend development, data modeling, deployment, and ongoing technical support.

The project gave us a centralized financial system that replaced fragmented manual tracking with a single structured platform for transactions, payments, expenses, and balances. Management gained much clearer visibility into day-to-day financial activity and reporting, while the new website strengthened the company’s digital presence and made its products and export capabilities easier for international buyers to access.

Heru Loop designed and delivered an end-to-end digital platform for Agrians covering both customer-facing and internal operations. The scope included a corporate website, a custom supply chain management system for the packing station, and a mobile application for company management. The supply chain system covered key operational stages including produce receiving, washing, preparation, sorting, grading, quality control, packing, inventory and batch tracking, export readiness, documentation, and shipment coordination. The mobile application was developed to give management real-time visibility into packing-station activity, operational progress, inventory, and export workflows. Heru Loop also handled UX/UI design, system architecture, backend and web development, mobile development, infrastructure, deployment, and ongoing technical support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project centralized more than 10 key packing-station and export workflows into a single system, including receiving, processing, quality control, packing, inventory, and shipment preparation. Management gained real-time visibility into operational progress through centralized dashboards and a mobile application, while batch and inventory tracking significantly improved traceability and coordination across the operation.
