When we first began working together, everything started on a good note. Communication was smooth, and the team delivered the initial foundation of our custom-built system, tailored for our live sales operations. I truly appreciate the effort and contribution they made in getting the project off the ground.

However, as the project matured and became more complex, project management and communication began to break down. The workflow became informal, mostly between myself and the developer. without proper task tracking, timelines, or structure. As a result, many features were either misunderstood, poorly implemented, or left incomplete. In most cases, we only discovered these issues much later, when data had already been flowing for months, making fixes more complicated and time-consuming.

To bridge the gap, a project manager was brought in to help communicate my requirements more clearly to the developer. While this helped temporarily, the underlying lack of accountability and follow-through remained a problem.

The biggest concern, however, was the communication breakdown:

The team would go silent without explanation, often requiring multiple follow-ups to get a simple update.

Despite having a group chat with five members, only one or two would ever respond, and even then, inconsistently.

Ritesh, only appeared when it was time to discuss payment, showing little interest in the project’s actual progress.

Attempts to schedule meetings were handled poorly, with last-minute notices despite us clearly stating we needed at least a day’s lead time.

Promises to confirm meeting times were repeatedly ignored, and eventually, they stopped responding altogether, going completely MIA.

Their level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially given the years we’ve worked together and the trust we’ve placed in their team.

To make matters worse, due to several incomplete or faulty implementations, we’ve now had to engage a new development team and invest additional time and money to fix problems that should have been properly handled the first time. This has not only delayed our roadmap but created operational risks that could have been avoided with better management and clearer communication.

While I still give them credit for starting the system and supporting us in the early stages, the decline in professionalism and accountability was deeply disappointing. I hope this feedback helps highlight the importance of structured project handling, proactive communication, and long-term client respect.
