I was impressed with their project methodology 'Agile' which helped me to check the release of the app & make sure they are doing it right. Undoubtedly their development and QA Team did a great job and I was happy to get the project completed with in timeline.

I had interviews with their project manager and developer on zoom. Their smartphone mobile application portfolio & skills were the key things that make me believe they can deliver this project. The price was suiting my budget too. due to all these factors, I have decided to go with them.

After the initial meeting to discuss the project goal, they created a wireframe to explain the project scope & process. Once I approve the scope mocks up for mobile screens were made by them. which had given me confidence my project is in very capable hands. Afterward, they started work on the development part and I was getting weekly updates regularly.

On the specific date of release project manager has shown me a demonstration of the app and i was happy. I truly believe no one can do better like them. Key skills: React Native, MongoDB, Node JS ( admin part) , APIs. Key features: Google Maps, Corn set up, Push notifications.

This project was for personal business propose not for other users to use. But final outcome has made a great effect on business. The app is handling a huge amount of data and it didn't get hanged / crashed which makes me believe their programming level was very high standard.

They had a specific project methodology Which made everything very smooth, I was able to track updates weekly with the project manager on Jira. for any concerns, I was able to submit tickets and they were really quick with their response. So project management and communication was highly professional.

The most impressive thing about Helpful Insight Pvt Ltd was their skills in Mobile application development and UX/UI designs. They knew what they are doing from the beginning which made my life easy. Project management was really good, I never had a chance for anything to complain.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

With such a knowledgeable team and proper management, I don't see any area of improvement, They are the best in business. I really cannot ask for anything better than what they have done.
