I’m the CEO of Wizarma Healthcare Private Limited, a healthtech startup in the pharmaceutical sphere.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hashtechy?

We needed their team to help us build an inventory management platform for the procurement of pharmaceutical goods.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hashtech has used JavaScript, HTML, .NET, and PHP to build our platform from scratch. Their team has devised UI/UX design solutions to complete our dashboard and integrated a customizable admin panel for our staff. At present, they continue to provide maintenance services and deploy updates and modifications based on user feedback.

We work with 12–13 resources from their team, with their CEO as our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Hashtechy?

One of my colleagues recommended Hashtechy's team to me. I decided to choose them for this project because they had an impressive portfolio and the team confidence I needed to bring this product to life.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent between $25,000–$27,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in May 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Hashtechy has delivered a reliable platform within one month. Thanks to their team, we've enrolled 193 hospitals, 3,000 pharmaceutical companies, and an extensive database with over 300,000 products. Additionally, everyone's pleased with the website's sleek and functional features.

How did Hashtechy perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via Google Meet and WhatsApp. They're a timeline-oriented partner — we haven't encountered any delays since we've launched our engagement.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hashtechy has tactically used their expertise to bring our vision to life.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything off the top of my head.

Be transparent in highlighting your needs, so their team can easily determine if these are doable or not.

I'm the COO of a social impact organization that is also into the business of tourism.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hashtechy?

We wanted to build a new website for our initiative, so we brought on Hashtechy.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hashtechy brainstormed with us in terms of what the layout and system architecture should be. The team then designed the front end of the website and also created a strong, customizable backend. It allows us to create and upload new items, which is a very important requirement since we need to constantly update dynamic content.

We work with one dedicated resource and two additional members from their team.

How did you come to work with Hashtechy?

We found them through references. A lot of other people who got their websites done by Hastechy pointed us in their direction.

They had extensive experience in making websites. They understood and translated our requirements into a product very quickly. We decided to hire them because they had the ability to take care of any additional requirements that we might have.

We’ve spent around $6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project began in late 2018, I think around September or October. The main project has ended, but we still reach out to them for any customizations.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're happy with what we have; it served our purpose. We have not had to rethink our decision, and in fact, have referred Hashtechy to other people.

How did Hashtechy perform from a project management standpoint?

There haven’t been any issues as they meet our timelines. We communicate via email and phone. We’re also able to visit their office to have face-to-face meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hashtechy goes beyond just being a vendor to us; their involvement is more personal. They don't go by the book. Their team is always open to explore and expand the boundaries of the work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think that the design elements of the website could’ve been better, but I think that's a matter of perspective. You can look at any good or service and still find flaws with the design element.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be proactive and clear in terms of what you want. More so, discuss timelines and conduct reviews because that really helps.

OurBetterPlanet is the e-commerce marketplace BU of our company Mindful E-commerce Ventures LLP (Bangalore). It is a curated platform for aware individuals who are conscious of their purchases and are mindful of the impact it creates. I am a co-founder and COO for OurBetterPlanet.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hashtechy, and what were your goals?

We hired Hashtechy to develop an E-commerce website for our company. The website had to be designed with necessary UI/UX to enable online shopping and integration with payment gateway and shipping services.

How did you select Hashtechy and what were the deciding factors?

We evaluated several website development companies with prior experience in developing E-commerce marketplace. We wanted the website to be developed in about 3 months time and within our target budget.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The launch of our business operations was possible with the successful development of the website. The measure of success at this stage can be only be expressed as fully functional shopping experience for our customers. The business growth parameters are yet to kick in.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The scope of work was well defined, the team was cooperative. They were professional enough to provide customisation to their basic website module as per our requirements. Since the basic architecture and back coding was already in place, there were limitations to customise beyond a certain point.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have good understanding of a marketplace website, which is not the same as a website listing products for a company for their own products.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Since we were building on an white-label product, it would have been help to explain the limitations in customisation beyond a certain point. We as clients were also learning about the desired set of functionalities based on lot of peer comparison and feedback.

I’m the director of Nivrol Lubricants. We manufacture industrial and automotive lubricants.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hashtechy?

We wanted to create a website that would give our clients information about our products. We’re a niche service that’s not easily understandable. Our team wanted the website to be easy to navigate. It was crucial that the UI good for users who are new to the industry or domain.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, I explained I wanted a website that was easy to serve. I also wanted to educate all of my users about the different lubricants we produce. I gave Hashtechy a few websites to study. We got on a call after three days, and Hashtechy presented us with details about the websites I had referred them to. They detailed what was wrong and what was missing in terms of the users and knowledge. We were already at a great place at this point. The amount of detail before their team had even taken my input or feedback was great.

Then, I provided them with my comments and they sat with me for one hour to understand my vision and grasp the essence of my objectives. Their team then took my comments and came back with a document. They started with some initial drafts and designs. I gave them my company logo and some of the documents. The website was built on ASP.NET. A content writer wrote material for the website.

I worked with Mitesh (Co-Founder) and Harsh (Senior Graphic Designer).

I was scouting through different website agencies and software development companies. One of my friends referred me to the owner of Hashtechy. That’s how we got connected.

I invested close to $1,000.

The project was from December 2020–January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since the website was launched, there has been a great response. Customers can view our products and contact us. I worked with lots of development teams, and my experience with Hashtechy was excellent. They know what my vision was, and they hit the mark. Everything was finalized from the beginning.

They executed the project in a fantastic step-by-step approach. Their team produces extremely meticulous detailed work. They were on top of everything and made sure all of my comments were taken care of and heard. Their entire team is super-fast.

How did Hashtechy perform from a project management standpoint?

We used their internal CRM tool for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The way in which they understand their client’s business. Hashtechy goes in-depth and puts themselves in the users’ shoes. The expertise of their team is second to none.
