I'm the Head of Marketing. We make software for training businesses, and have customers all around the global.

For what projects/services did your company hire Growthonics?

Outbound lead generation in USA.

What were your goals for this project?

Increase lead generation in USA. Growthonics were tasked with generating 10 sales demos per month.

How did you select Growthonics?

We compared Growthonics against another vendor and thought Growthonics offered better value for money. We also liked that they were open to a three month trial of their service so they could prove their methodology.

We supplied target verticals/industries and target buyer personas. Growthonics then:

• Designed multi-step outreach campaign (2 month cadence)
• Built data for each vertical (companies + contacts)
• Wrote email and linkedin copy
• Managed drip campaigns (email + Linkedin)
• Reported on outcomes (data quality, email effectiveness, meetings booked, etc)

What was the team composition?

- Account manager (main point of contact) - Copywriter - SDR (responded to queries) - Data researchers

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the 3 month pilot, Growthonics were able to book ~25 meetings. Feedback from our sales team is that most were good quality. We've also been able to build awareness in the market, and have a tight data set for follow-up campaigns.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great team. Little bit tricky with time zones, but we made it work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their methodology and systems. Feels like they've refined their lead generation recipe over a number of years and can adapt lessons learnt and that IP to new customers (ie. us). They've just introduced SDRs on US timezone, which will make a massive difference for our account.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Our target market is tight, so they could keep a closer eye on data quality. Had a couple of instances where effort was put into building data and sending campaigns to companies that fell outside of our target market.

We were looking to expand on our leads to relieve some pressure on our sales team allowing to spend more time selling instead of prospecting.

We interviewed a few companies but Growthonics was clearly the best option.

We had a few meetings to outline the criteria of our lead generation search and since then they have been providing us with new leads on a daily basis.

Worked closely with one project manager who communicated directly with the lead generation team.

We have definitely increased our productivity by having a list of leads to work from instead of spending time prospecting.

Incredibly smooth communication, always available on email and biweekly update meetings.

They are incredibly flexible and willing to meet our needs.

Not much to improve honestly.

How did you select Growthonics?

Our Managing Director conducted a Google search and liked what they saw about the company. They then had a phone call with Growthonics, discussed how it worked and decided to give them a try.

We confirmed with Growthonics the types of companies and job titles to target. Growthonics then followed its program of sending personalised outreach sequences to key decision makers in our ICP. Their dedicated SDR then converted the responses into qualified booked appointments into my teams calendars.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Growthonics have delivered between 10-15 meetings per month since we launched in January.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow has been great, our customer success manager Millie has been wonderful to work with. We get daily reports and a live dashboard for reporting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Quality and quantity of the names Growthonics find. Along with their ability to consistently generate meetings.

None at this point.

we benefited from regular account manager reviews, to provide criteria/guidance/optimization to their research team

What did you find most impressive about this company?

we thought (2/3) account managers we had were very good - consistent and pro-active management

Are there any areas for improvement?

while we were happy with the daily performance, we were initially expecting a higher level of daily leads. We were ultimately satisfied with the consistent number received daily.

(3/4 of our original expectation) hard to tell but maybe communication between account managers and their team can be improved - initially at start - to ensure the research team fully understood our product and our expectations. this improved over time.
