Gripped manages our UK paid search and social media advertising on Google and LinkedIn. The team also explores new avenues for advertising, maintains the budget, and makes ongoing optimizations of the ad account. Moreover, Gripped creates the ad copy and creative assets.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Gripped has reduced our ad spend and increased our conversion rate efficiency. To be specific, the team has reduced our budget by 46%, lowered our cost per marketing qualified lead (MQL) by 5%, and lowered our cost per sales qualified lead (SQL) by 31%. Moreover, we meet our monthly MQL and SQL objectives most months.

One area for improvement would be providing more assertive guidance when certain approaches aren’t working as expected. We would have benefited from even earlier clarity on campaigns or experiments that weren’t delivering, along with stronger recommendations to pause, pivot, or change direction sooner.

1. Deliver a website redesign. Redesign the existing website to focus on our core value proposition, improve the website flow, and ultimately increase traffic and conversions. 
2. Improve our inbound demand gen, pipeline, and revenue by taking on the ad spend and LinkedIn social media promotion of our solution, refreshing our target audiences, and providing content to engage decision-makers.

Gripped delivered an incredible website, on budget and timeline. This was an initially an MVP (the core messaging and conversion route) and then added to for a version 2 that included resources and sector specific pages. 

Gripped also revamped all LinkedIn advertising, messaging and target accounts. They have been building content and ramping up the demand gen campaigns.

Beyond the initial campaign, Gripped's strategic expertise in go-to-market planning has been invaluable. They guided us in launching an MVP website, and in the first month of being live, we saw significant improvements: average engagement per session increased by 70%, engaged sessions per user increased by 96%, events per session increased by 68%, average engagement time increased by 149%, and our engagement rate increased by 34%.
