I’m the construction manager at a construction materials company in Durango, Mexico.

Grinbin helped us register our brand name and made a promotional video for our social media channels. It was a short video that we published on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram profiles.

Grinbin worked with a renowned architect, who he referred them to us.

We spent around 15,000 Mexican pesos (approximately $700 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from June–July 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The video was well-received; our audience sent us positive comments. 

How did Grinbin perform from a project management standpoint?

Grinbin was truly professional. We had to work in a specific manner because our team was based outside of the city in a remote location. Given that, we visited their location but mostly sent information and videos remotely. The team showed great availability and was in constant communication with us. We used phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were highly creative and could put themselves in the position of their clients to determine the best solutions for the project. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could acquire more equipment pieces so they could offer more services, such as drone shots.

Be clear about what you want before starting the engagement. Think about your goals so Grinbin can help you get the best out of the project.

For what projects/services did your company hire Grinbin?

Well at the beginning we wanted to develop our own platform for the accounting firm. But after spoke with the Grinbin's team. The suggest other solution less expensive and with the same results.

How did you select Grinbin and what were the deciding factors?

They purpose to develop and Brand Book and implement a website with the goal to start our digital presences. They also made the photography for the web and they all the corporate graphic design we need it (business cards, folder, etc). Our business relationship become strong and now they manage our TikTok account and get 10K Followers in 3 months.

They start asking for our logo and the color preferences. Then they start the development of the brand book after we accept a final producto they start with the design and implementation of our website pretty quick in 2 moths they deliver our first project with them.

We have contact with Leonardo and the Designer through Trello.

Formal people and most of the time they finished before the deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It like a family company they take serios in your project and get involved in your company. Leonardo (the leader project) came to our offices and study our processes for 2 days. We like working with them and they still manage our digital presence.

No, We are satisfied with the quality service.

For what projects/services did your company hire Grinbin, and what were your goals?

I hire them to build and design website for every brand that we have in total more than 8. They also developed a brand book for every brand and in some cases designed logotypes for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our relationship starts with a simple project and after that we decided to leave the IT part of our brand to the Grinbin Team. We have more than 6 years working together.

Depends on the project but normally after the brand was define they ask of the website content. We provide the brand book and the content we wanna to show and after a week they deliver 3 proposal for the visual aspect. Once we define the design they start the implementation process we already had servers so the implemente the final website there.

Normally we spoke with Leonardo but some time if the projects need a review for the Design or server stuff we spoke with on of their designer or engineers.

Yes around 60-65% of general improvement for every brand.

They adapt to us but normally they use Monday o Trello to communicate with us. Some times What's App and if is necessary a meeting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They take serious your projects. It feels more like a team collaboration because they're pretty passionate and always add extra effort and ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they actually do pretty well.

We hired them for their branding and digital marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve created our logo and branding including our brand design, prints, photographs, and other assets. Additionally, they’ve worked everything needed to franchise the restaurant and register our brand. They also manage our social media marketing strategy across Facebook and Instagram.

We work directly with their CEO.

They were referred to us.

We’ve spent about 100,000 Mexican pesos (approximately $5,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in June 2021, and our collaboration is still ongoing. We had to pause everything due to the pandemic, but we’re currently in the process of resuming the project.

We’ve seen an increase in engagement and followers on our social media channels.

They’ve done well in this regard. Their team often delivers earlier than expected and follows a professional approach. We communicate mostly in person or through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are very professional and provide great customer service. They’ve also provided great recommendations to help us adjust and improve our strategy during the pandemic.

I can’t think of anything.
