The project was delivered on time. All due revisions were made and accounted for. Every detail of the project was in place. We had excellent communication with Goldweb Solutions every step of the way.

How did you select this vendor?

Goldweb Solutions was recommended to me by the director of NG Metal Ukraine. A website was also developed for them by Goldweb Solutions.

First, we filled out a form that described all our expectations of the website. Goldweb Solutions developed a layout of the site and gradually filled it with materials that we provided according to their recommendations. They edited and supplemented the content. They tested the website, made small changes and that's it. They received another satisfied and grateful client of VD Druk companies.

What was the team composition?

We worked with Andriy (CEO). As I know, the project team composition was the following: PM, Designer UI / UX, web developer, and tester.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our project was developed with a unique design and great usability. Since we launched it, we have got about 80% of increasing traffic, and a bounce rate has dropped to 23%. Also, we are getting a lot of requests through the feedback form of our new site. Our clients and partners appreciated the new modern digital look of VD Druk company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was made efficiently and according to our agreements. All the stages were clearly and understandably reported according to the project backlog. We had control over all project steps.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We had great communication during the whole project and I have got a lot of recommendations from them regarding this project. Also, the Goldweb Solutions team has a good balance of technical and design expertise and this was most impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

From my point of view, I didn't really find any. Despite the fact that we stretched the project a bit longer than was initially agreed, I am completely satisfied with the final result.

Our company specializes in the provision of satellite communication solutions, long-range and high throughput radio systems for maritime and offshore businesses.

We were looking for professionals who can help us to make a re-branding. We decided to make a completely new Brand-book, website, and some printing materials. We had some ideas in mind but needed someone who can combine them all together and come up with a complete solution.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a company that can provide a full scope of required solutions and a solid reputation. After narrowing down our research to two companies we had several online meetings with all of them.

Finally, we decided to start with Goldweb Solutions and never regretted about our decision.

They developed a completely new corporate identity, including new logos for different purposes, selected the right fonts, colors, corporate style - a complete brand book. We also needed a new website based on our new brand identity and some printing material.

After completing the development of branded books and print materials, they designed our website from scratch, they did very well. Even though we were very picky, all our ideas were very well developed and integrated into the solution.

The main contact is Andriy, CEO, and co-founder of the company, Olenya, the design manager, and Yuriy, the CTO. They are a very professional and customer-oriented team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new corporate identity is much better than the previous one. We received a complete set of forms and templates: letterheads, envelopes, cups, labels, unified email signatures, and other promotional products design.

A new brand identity allows us to present our company more professionally on the market. Our partners have appreciated our new corporate style.

The company team works quickly, having prepared the budget and scope before starting based on our requirements and comments. There were some delays with time management, but mostly due to us.

First of all, we have changed our project manager in the middle of the project and secondary due to COVID-19. Working remotely from home had its own problems for both parties. However, the team has remained very responsive. We used Skype and emails for communication, in addition to some online storage tools to share examples and solutions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Good management and coordination. They fulfill their requirements. Their team is professional and works base on a schedule and ready to make work done in a short time if needed.

They listen to the customer's comments, conduct good research, and provide different ideas and solutions. They follow modern trends in design.

So far they have overcome our expectations.

As a result of launching our website, we have increased traffic conversion. We also received positive feedback from our customers

It was easy to integrate our branding details into our advertising which made the latter more effective. Branding details used in interior, uniform etc. helped to create positive opinion of our clinic by our patients.

During our cooperation we felt that a process was led by vendor’s project manager that we were assigned. It was easy to communicate with him and we were provided with frequent updates.

Personally, I was impressed by the level of understanding. We always “spoke in the same language” and misunderstanding ever occurred. As I can understand, the tasks we set for Goldweb Solutions company weren’t too complex or difficult for them due to their high professional level.

We sincerely consider our branding as the best among existing, so we barely can express any suggestions concerning improvements in ours vendor work.

Our goal for this project was creating completely a new brand on the Ukrainian  snack  market.

We have made a research about brand agencies and web developing agnecies. Then we have made a lot of appointments with those agencies, however, Goldweb Solutions was the best agency for us fir several reasons. First of all, they had a huge experince. They showed us their previous projects about creating new brands on the market. They had really creative and innovative people in their team which became  decidning factor for us.

Our branding project was divided in 3 parts.We gave some guidelines about what we would like to see in our brand, logo, name and our vendor started to work . Each part of our brand was created by Goldweb Soluions and then it was accepted by our team. In case of any questions, we were in contact and we didnt have misunderstanings which was great. The duration of our project was 3 months, everything was done on time without any lateness.

Team composition consisted of  five people from vendor's side. Mostly, I had the contact with CEO of their company. The size of the team was the same during the project.

Our customers were impressed by our brand and hero. They started to remember our brand name that helped to build our brand awareness.

Mostly, we met once a week and talked about our workflow.

As for me, the most impressive thing about this company was its attitude and creativity. Past experience in similar projects and everything was done on time.

I provided a very rough sketch made in excel of the pages' contents and key functionalities that I wanted the prototype to demonstrate.

1. They created the wire-frames of the website and nailed down the key buttons and elements as well as their interactions.
2. They proceeded with creating the actual mock-up of the site by adding design elements (color and design schema).
3. They produced a mobile version of the same site with an interactive, mobile-screen ready prototype that was fully interactive and clickable.
4. They created a design guideline based on the above feature (colors, fonts, accents, sizes, hover status, etc.)

Communication through each phase of the project was extremely efficient, direct and productive. They applied sound critical observation and proposed useful changes to my original sketch adding additional elements and removing redundant or unnecessary features when needed.

What was the team composition?

The project was small in nature so I worked with only one person - a UX/UI Designer - which was all that was needed considering the size and scope of the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Whereas there are no demonstrable metrics that would illustrate the value-impact of this project, I can say that I am very happy with the product I obtained from this vendor. The prototype I received is fluid, easy to use and understand and this gives me confidence when presenting it to the public.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Communication from the vendor side was effective. The scope and size of the project didn't warrant the use of project management tools. We relied mostly on Figma comments and Telegram communication. I believe that this approach made both sides more agile and allowed for more quick and direct communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The overall quality of the output and ease of communication stood out. This combined with their critical observation and ability to quickly grasp the overarching goals and functionalities that the project intended to prototype/showcase.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Personally, I didn't really find any. Maybe we stretched the timeline a little longer than was initially planned but I believe that the quality of the final product ultimately trumps speed.
