We contacted 5 top vendors through our online research. GCC Marketing was one of them. They showed us better designs which they had already made along with better understanding of the issue we were facing i.e. how to skyrocket conversion?

Since the new LP's are liver we have achieved 26% better conversion. We love the design and pretty much confident that the above percentage will go higher in the coming quarters.

The project was managed properly and professionally. They used Design Management System called Figma and Project Management tool called Trello. The timelines were met as per the proposal part from minor delays.

They were really professional and communication was good. They follow up if there is anything that could cause delays from the client with proactive approach to avoid delays.

They should provide better timelines and not too rigid with the scope. They follow exactly what is written in the scope. Nothing more, nothing less. :(

All the modules were completed as per the authorized scope by GCC Marketing. Each module was connected to payment milestones and payments were released as per the milestones completion. Outcome was, we got the customized ERP, the way we wanted.

They use centralized design management software and project management software. Their team and our relevant staff perfectly interacted with each other the management tools but yes we also had fact to face meeting with them

They were very good in communication and understanding our requirement. Their team is highly experienced.

They gave us big timeline compared to their competitors (perhaps for the right reasons) but since I have IT and programming background, they could have done better. They delivered everything as per the agreement within the time limit.

Our project is completed smoothly without any problems and we got what we were promised. we are happy with the final build of the iOS app and the website along with admin panel.

Well, the project was delivered on time and their tools for design like Figma were of great help. We did not needed to do any emails are calls. All was managed over project management system and the website and apps were made online in timely fashion.

As explained above, all was well managed and the team was extra cautious to keep us happy as a client. Exceptionally good in communication and understanding.
