Users can use the features and functionality of the website to search for property listings and get in touch with the builder or agents. However, property listings can be effectively managed by developers, owners, individual brokers, or brokerage firms. Additionally, we may use the administrator panel to manage every specified user and attribute.

While it is only a few months into deployment, most of our agents who are using the portal are happy with it.

Built a mobile application MVP for our 2 sided marketplace for parents looking to find and book activities for their children outside of school. Scope of work included:

• Google and facebook authentication integration
• Self-service onboarding and registration flow for parents and activity providers
• Ability to search, sort, and filter activities based on parent preferences
• Ability for parents to review activity details
• Enrollment flow for parents to schedule and pay for activities
• Integration with 3rd party payment processing system (Xendit)
• Issuance of QR codes for entry into activities and the ability for providers to scan QR codes to confirm enrollments
• Integration to whatsapp for OTPs and customer service tool to manage support requests
• Provider self-service management of their activities, prices and schedules
• Ability for providers to monitor incoming bookings and an internal wallet to track their earnings
• Email and push notifcation capabilities for parents and providers
• Creation of landing page to educate potential users and drive app downloads

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We built a fully functional app in a relatively short period of time, and they stayed within the budget I had set. We launched in early June and, over the course of the last three weeks, have onboarded 30 providers, have over 800 app downloads, and have users booking activities on our app every day.

Our PM is very responsive to anything I need and is good about keeping me in the loop regarding estimates on time and cost required to incorporate new things. He is responsive to feedback and good about setting up calls with the team whenever needed to discuss things.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What attracted me to GCC Marketing initially was how detailed their initial proposal was. They took my requirements and outlined an easy-to-understand plan that included time and cost estimations. They make it easy to modify the scope and see how that would impact the project. Additionally, Krunal, their CEO, is very friendly and knowledgeable offers great feedback and advice, and has been in touch throughout the project to offer additional suggestions.
Finally, I will say that they've been very flexible with me throughout this project. We had to expand the scope in certain areas based on what we learned about the market or the needs of our providers. They've been very transparent about what scope changes will mean in terms of impacts to delivery dates and associated costs. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something GCC Marketing could have done differently?

Initially, it took us some time to get into a proper development flow with the team, but I think that's pretty normal with any development project. I also think we could have improved some aspects of the application's testing, but to be fair, we didn't have great documentation for the testing team to go off of either, so this is understandable as well. They did an excellent job given the limited resources, time, and costs associated with the project.

GCC Marketing built a custom website for us, breaking the project into four phases with payment allocated after each phase. The first phase focused on discovery, where they conducted extensive market research. They analyzed consumer behavior on our current site to identify what aspects were confusing for users.

In the second phase, we collaborated on the website's design, colors, and overall vibe we wanted to convey to our target audience. The next step involved developing and coding the site according to our specifications. The final phase focused on launching the website.

GCC Marketing built the site from scratch, incorporating some videos we provided and sourcing stock photos and videos to enhance its visual appeal. We also supplied our logo. Given that our previous site was slow, we worked together to create a fast and efficient website that streamlined the customer journey. We chose a robust hosting solution to ensure optimal performance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our SEO has improved significantly. We previously struggled to rank on page two for search results related to premium pet supplies in Canada, and now we are on page one. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with increases in web traffic and click-through rates.

While there were no major bugs, some minor issues arose during the launch related to integrating our internal ordering process. GCC Marketing was instrumental in connecting our customer support features to the website, including a chatbot for assistance.

GCC Marketing initially helped us build a blueprint for our project, which will be available on both iOS and Android. We spent several months developing the conceptual framework to determine our offerings and the necessary architecture to ensure functionality. They also conducted iterative interviews with potential users to gather insights.

Following this, we began development, with GCC Marketing responsible for all front- and backend development and design. The whole app is built with React Native, and we utilize a Java-based framework on the backend. The initial design work was completed using Figma.

The app primarily consists of short videos organized into lessons on various topics. When users log in, they can access all the videos. One challenge we faced was finding a seamless way to present these educational videos and engage users with questions afterward. GCC Marketing has developed a web-based administrative tool that allows us to design videos and quizzes and upload content efficiently. We are currently conducting iterative user testing.

The app we’re building has already attracted over 1,300 trial users, and we have more than 800 pieces of content available. Thanks to GCC Marketing, we’ve created a high-quality product in a short timeframe. The work is complex, yet they have delivered a solution we are very pleased with.

Our users enjoy a seamless, stable experience with no downtime, which we consider a major success.

We developed a new company website with assistance from GCC Marketing.   They fundamentally revamped our existing website, giving it a new look and feel while also adding content.   Initially, we engaged in multiple discussions with them to talk about our aspirations for what we would achieve.   Subsequently, they assembled a mood board with different creative concepts, and we shared comments on it several times. 

After we approved the mood board, GCC Marketing began designing the website layout and assembling the content.  We created the copy and provided it to them; they were responsible for the page layout.  Once we had refined the design and received approval for all pages, we launched the website.  Regarding the technology stack, they utilized Figma for design and mood board creation and Webflow for site development. The website includes four distinct case study pages that are highly dynamic.  Additionally, it features some animations and visuals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new website hasn't been live for very long, but we've definitely seen an increase in traffic, as well as an increasing positive sentiment about our website. People are very excited about it and have provided us with really positive feedback. As for the quality of their work, GCC Marketing exceeded our expectations. The site looks great and has definitely exceeded what we hoped it would achieve.

GCC Marketing has taken on the development of an online marketplace where celebrities, athletes, and influencers can sell experiences to their fans.   The team conducted a week-long discovery phase after we provided them with an existing initial framework and then commenced their development work.   The frontend uses JavaScript and CSS, while the backend is built with Laravel and PHP.

Two-sided marketplace features, such as chat and video call functionalities, have been introduced by GCC Marketing.   Moreover, GCC Marketing designed and developed a mobile application for us using React Native and Adobe XD.   They also handle the ongoing upkeep, hosting, and development of the solutions.

Over the passage of 6 months GCC Marketing was able to increase website traffic by 5X. We started getting more leads. By the end of 6th month our website was generating 300+ leads compared to our start at only 40 leads a month. Our brand was ranking way better and we got an ROI of 250% which was a great achievement within only 6 months.
