The main thing we wanted our site to do was to get our customers to enter their information. This was so we could run their credit to qualify them for a variety of different programs.

We wanted one universal portal to simplify this process and save us tons of time. It’s a simple portal where they securely enter their information like their Social Security number and date of birth without having to talk to a sales rep.

They worked on the front- and back end. They built features that allow our team to update a customer’s profile, allowing the customer to log in to our site and see where they are in the process of solar installation. That feature also saves time.

While I don’t have quantitative feedback, the new site definitely cuts back on customers lost when they need to enter their information. The number of customers who stop when they have to enter their information likely halved. Future Profilez India Pvt. Ltd. runs smoothly, and we’ve had no problems with them.

Everything went well with them. They were incredibly communicative and responsive. We mostly talked over email, sometimes WhatsApp, and I had no issues.

There are always going to be some issues, and our portal was more complicated than we initially thought. Rather than haggling for more money like most companies would, they were transparent and said it would take longer than expected.

They didn’t take advantage of the situation, rather they were honest. I don’t know how they solved the problem, but they did, which showed their technical knowledge.

They had superb English skills, which helped ensure smooth communication throughout the entire process

The project is coming to a close but the impact should see our admin related work reduce by an estimated 80%. Meaning our focus will be on marketing and growth accordingly. the forecast is that our turnover should increase by 200% by the end of 2020.

The scope had been discussed and a formal quote provided prior to the commencement of the project. Similarly anything outside the scope was discussed and quoted on prior to moving forward. Thus we were able to manage the budget and progress very effectively.

Their flexibility in accommodating the scope creep stands out to us. The communication was second to none and proactive approach of the team was very helpful when it came time for a critical decision be made (accommodating scope creep) as different ideas emerged from the trends in the web space.

User interface and site-experience has enhanced for sure. With our new design layouts and backend changes, it became easier for our customers to engage with us, and for us to manage our site elements.

We communicated mostly through email and then conversed via Google Hangouts, Phone as well as Whatsapp. The project manager at Future Profilez was always just one call away whenever I needed them to resolve a query or wanted some alterations to my site.

They have a really talented team of developers. They have always been able to efficiently deliver the final project well outside of our high traffic hours. As a result, it didn’t affect our pre-existing customers or sales numbers in any way.

I wish the company’s head office was established in the UK due to the time difference. But that is just a minor inconvenience since they take cater for you easily.

I assign them tasks through Asana, and they are able to check those off as they go. Up to this point, no matter how complicated the development task is, they have always completed it. I am very satisfied with their development skills and their ability to follow through on their promises.

They work very efficiently. We started out communicating through Word documents but have been able to drastically increase our speed and communication by switching to Asana. The whole process is much more organized. There’s still some back and forth around specifications, but that’s normal in software development.

They are extremely trustworthy and reasonably priced, but beyond that, they really care about solving your problem. I have worked with other companies and this is not always the case, so their proactivity and commitment to the final solution are very impressive.

Occasionally a task will take a little bit longer than it should because it has been assigned to a more junior developer. If I ask them to accelerate anything, they always get it finished immediately, so it has never been a very big problem.

Have a clear communication system. I cannot emphasize enough how much our organization through Asana has benefited this project.

They built the admin panel in WordPress, and we can log or change prices, and we can upload files for unique services through a few simple steps. There are very few companies in our industry that list comprehensive lists of prices and services per make and model, so Future Profilez helped us build a smaller database that makes us more independent in the field.
