Our aim was to align our website with the latest trends and improve the website's UX, automate the collection of customer data, and streamline the payment process for his clients. 

The FP team developed 3 plug-ins for my custom requirement, the first being a copymatic plugin, similar to ChatGPT, that gives suggestions on prompts entered. This is currently used on my website and has helped to improve customer experience; second being a WhatsApp plugin to automate the collection of customer data. This plug-in collects basic details like name, number, and other related information from customers and sends it in bulk to an Excel sheet. And third is a payment plug-in that enables customers to click on a URL and pay their bills for gas, electricity, phone, and other services.
