Progress was sent to me via email on a weekly or more frequent basis. Check ins were frequent and were great at pushing things along nicely. Actions for me vs actions for TFWG were very clear and easy to complete all tasks. 
We were kept in the loop at all times as to what was going on.

No question was too big or small throughout the whole process and I was really pleased with the final product! Would recommend 200% and have been even before the website was finished

Amazing. I heard about the free website guys through a friend and was dubious to begin with! It sounded too good to be true however speaking with Sven put my mind to rest, I got started with the process quickly and had regular updates with what was happening. The behind the seems work was great to be able to leave to the team, as I have no idea about websites. When it came to picking my theme the video provided was super helpful for making an informed decision based on my needed.

Free Website Guys assisted me with creating a website fro my business. I chose the hosting service and theme and they set up the site security and plugins as well as someof the design. They aslo provided me with step by step instructrion to edit the theme myself and created email for my domain.

They provide helpful videos and information about what exactly they are doing and how to edit the site once they turn it over. I would highly recommend them!

The almost finalized website, I just need to pull through my content and images then I'll be all set.

From a PM perspective, they delivered items on time and responded to my needs quickly, but I had a feeling that it was AI repllying back to me at times, and I wasnt totally convinced that it was a real person on the other end. Either way, they got the job done and were super efficient. I still got what I needed from them and they were persistent with their follow ups and communication.

Working with the Free Website Guys was really easy and painless. I can’t believe they finished setting up my site in just 7 hours! I work with development teams regularly in my day to day job and I can say these guys are super efficient and have it all figured out. I would definitely recommend working with them.

Maybe an initial 1:1 face to face call in the beginning to help introduce you to the process. I know they send videos, but it feels less personal that way. I'm a project manager in my day to day, and I work on websites as well. I appreciate having 1:1 convo's with my team and clients to understand if I am meeting their needs.

From the point of initial contact through to the delivery of my beautiful high quality website, the service was outstanding. As someone who isn't very technical at all, I really appreciated the step by step videos with instructions on how to follow the steps that are required in order to get started. My website was completed in short period of time and I was kept well informed every step of the way. They have lots of options available so I think that everyone would be able to find something to suit thier needs and preferences. The reuslt was a beautiful website that is was completely customized to my exact specifications; I couldn't have asked for more in terms of having a website created. I chose a theme that I wanted, and told them how I wanted it to look across the website and they did exactly that, setting up Wordpress, inputting the theme, editing the theme and setting up other security plug ins for me.

They fact that they generously offered to do it for free, which I would never be able to afford to get it set up, not for a while anyway! So they did a massive number for me and my business.

Let people know ahead of time the additional charges before they agree to it as a lot of people might not be aware of what charges will occur with setting up a website. Luckily I knew so that was okay.
