After implementation, our internal workflows became significantly more streamlined. Our sales engineers now spend less time manually calculating specs or referencing outdated spreadsheets, the new configurator provides fast, reliable guidance and helps avoid oversights in system proposals.

Website engagement also increased. Clients commented positively on the improved navigation, clarity of information, and access to documentation. The product selector tool especially stood out for prospective clients unfamiliar with our broad range of machines, it reduced unnecessary queries and sped up our lead qualification process.

Internally, there was greater alignment between our engineering and sales departments, thanks to the shared platform Flyte built, which brought more transparency to system planning and component availability.
