Since launching the new app and website, we’ve received consistent positive feedback from both customers and internal teams. Booking drop-off rates decreased substantially, particularly at the service package selection stage, which used to be a source of confusion.

Our customer service team reported fewer inquiries about booking modifications and insurance coverage, an indirect result of Flyte's thoughtful redesign of the booking interface and clarity around included features.

Additionally, internal performance reports showed improved load times, more stable API handling across devices, and fewer failed transactions during peak hours, critical for holiday season operations.
