We needed to build a piece of software including customer platform for us to leverage our customer data. We needed to be able to pull data from different sources and consolidate that into one central data warehouse to feed into a variety of different applications we are using. We needed to move fast with a self-contained platform.

We wanted to update our software that contained multiple databases for our permit service. We deal with 25 states in USA, including hundreds of special forms for counties within those states. They found a way to aggregate that information in one, cohesive source.

One of our partner compay worked with Flyte Solution and said that they were fantastic, so I reached out to them.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Flyte Solutions team were responsible for the entire design and development of the custom logistic application. They operated in sprints, and they had broken down the entire process accordingly. We did the full design first, and then sprinted it out. I believe each sprint was around three weeks, and it took about four months to get there. I haven’t used them for hosting, third-party systems integration or training.

We worked with five different people over the course of the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
I had two major engagements with Flyte Solutions. I had the release in October, and then another release at the end of November, which was twice as big. Although the June release had some very serious bugs, the second release was so much better. I’m talking leaps and bounds. Their project management methodology was just a thousand times better. They managed themselves much better. They were on time, and it was very well tested. It was a much better process. I’d say we’ve established a very effective workflow now.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We spoke weekly or every other week, depending on where they were in the process.They performed admirably. There is a time difference, but our schedules worked well together. They've always been helpful, and they answered all my questions. They were very patient throughout the process, and our partnership worked out very well.
