Our engagement with Flowout was a multi-phased project, starting with consolidating multiple Webflow sites into a single site. Next, we redesigned our entire digital experience and worked with Flowout to upgrade from a Webflow Growth account to Webflow Enterprise. This included applying a new brand to a completely rethought digital experience.

Due to our engagement having multiple phases and continuing to be ongoing because of how happy we are with our collaboration, I'll list what we've accomplished, but we're most excited about what is to come.

Outcomes:

1. Consolidated two Webflow sites into one
2. Upgraded to Webflow Enterprise with no disruption to our users
3. Applied our new brand and experience to our Enterprise website

Frontify aims to transition its website from their current CMS to Webflow and develop a state-of-the-art website integrated with Frontify's Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution. The scope of work included releasing a Webflow native App that provides seamless access to Frontify DAM assets directly within Webflow's Designer and CMS.

Key deliverables include:

1. Webflow App Development: Creating an app that integrates Frontify DAM with Webflow, enabling content managers, designers, and DX managers to access and use DAM assets within Webflow’s interface.
2. User Experience Optimization: Ensuring streamlined workflows by avoiding system switching and extending Webflow's asset management capabilities through the integration.
3. Project would include the following features:

• Enables OAuth2.0 ensuring users get access to the content they have access to in Frontify.
• Mirrors Frontify structure providing access to Brands, Libraries, Folders, Collections, Projects and the assets within.
• Offers asset search, filtering and navigation capabilities.
• Adds an asset or assets via CDN links.
• Offer asset transformation capabilities.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Broke down the project into five phases:

1. Requirements gathering
2. Design Prototype and feature definition.
3. Working prototype.
4. Testing.
5. Launch.

Measurable outcome was to fit the requirements into the timeline and provide a functioning App to our digital and marketing teams by November. This was accomplished and the end product satisfactory.

Flowout was very accommodating throughout the requirements and design stage as well as consultative. Knowing the ins and outs of Webflow they provided very valuable feedback on the design and usability of the App.

They were also very quick on their feet to figure out our API, unknown to them at that stage, and build an successful Webflow App on top of it. 

The different stages of the project were delivered timely and successfully and they were always welcoming of our feedback.

• Their professionalism and how friendly and accommodating they were to our needs.
• How quickly they picked up and were able to go from Design to Development of the App. Understand that they were not familiar with Frontify's API before the project.
• Their responsiveness, we were impressed by how quickly they adapted, tested and collaborated in the different working items.

At this stage, I cannot think of any. The team: Ziga, Sergej and Andrej went above and beyond. They are a star team to work with, and I recommend that any company that needs to build on Webflow work with them.

We reached out to Flowout to migrate our website from Squarespace to Webflow to make it easier to manage and make it faster for SEO.

The scope was about 15 different pages (including CMS items). 

The Flowout team came up with the main visual look for the first week, and then in two months they finished the project with some additional requests, like creating Lottie animation for home and product pages.

Almost all pages got perfect core web vitals scores. Website traffic went up.

Flowout managed everything with us though Figma comments, Slack, and markup.io. Design questions occured in Figma where we designed the website, implementation fixes were caught and addressed in markup.io, and all other communication occured, along with daily recaps, in Slack. The project management side of things was a breeze and communication was fluid and clear.

We engaged Flowout to build a new website for us to market our Accelo product to grow our clientbase. While we did a lot of design in house, they also contributed to design in a significant way as well. Our site has hundreds of pages, with over 20 unique page layouts. This was not a problem at all for Flowout.

They also worked with an SEO agency we engaged, collaborating on best practice, making sure we not only had a beautiful, fast site, but also once with SEO best practice.

Compoabl is a start-up that hit the ground running and had to get a website up fast. Additionally, we had to find ways to express the complex nature of what we do in Industrial AI solutions and Flowout helped us create images and animations that accomplished a visual way of expressing what we do.

In a very short amount of time, we were able to complete and launch:

All of this done on a timeline that most agencies would not be able to keep up with, specifically with the quality of design and speed of communication.

Most impressive to me was the fact that I had just taken the Head of Marketing job within 2 weeks of a HUGE press release launch and Flowout had to manage a new contact and a very truncated project timeline. They truly rose to the occasion, and we were able to pull off the almost impossible by getting everything we needed up on our website before the press release madness. We worked up an hour or so before the press went out. They did great!

Honestly unreal. I knew they were good before becoming a customer, but, like many people, I had some underlying skepticism towards them as an agency. I was QUICKLY proved wrong. This crew is absurd; they listen, they ask questions, they’re fast, and they’re flexible. Truly turned a 3 month effort into 5 weeks. 

Once it wrapped up they then were More than willing to educate/train me on the management of webflow so I could take forward the responsibility myself. Unreal! Most agencies would want to keep me and my company on the hook as long as possible, but these folks came in, did their job, did it well, and offered support with no strings attached afterward. Plus, they’re affordable!!!!
