Flowout has a dashboard where we can submit tickets. However, they are also very responsive on Slack. A few adjectives to describe their PM style: Attentive, Rapid, Detail-oriented, and Intuitive.

Their attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills are the two skills I was not getting from other contractors. Flowout team could think ahead on what we (the website keepers) need to maintain and grow the website.

Nope. Not at all. I will do another website with Flowout's team anytime.

Our product is used in many ways, so we need landing pages dedicated to each use case. Flowout helped our marketing team design beautiful landing pages and supporting animations from scratch and then build it perfectly in Webflow.

I loved their portfolio of work and related B2B SaaS companies. The unlimited revisions and cancel-anytime subscription model were perfect for our needs, but I don't see us canceling anytime soon :-)

I supplied a detailed brief about what I needed, examples, and important sections, and our brand style guide. The created a first iteration in Figma. From there, my team and I made LOTS of comments and filled in the copywriting.

After several back and forth revisions over the week, we got to a final design. It took roughly 1 week for Flowout to build the landing page in Webflow. A few more polishing rounds and then we went live!

I'm not sure, but what I do know is the turnaround time after our comments was fast. Each round was roughly 2 days.

After that, they delivered the first set for testing. We responded asking for some small tweaks and they delivered. We now use them on an on-going basis for projects and work with them similarly -- they always impress us with their work quality and speed and professionalism.

Everything was completed on time. We do one kick off video call at the start of a project. After that, they just send us revisions and progress over slack until things are perfect.

Our website is built in Webflow and when we're scaling up our marketing efforts and projects are increasing, the production of landing pages or site improvements couldn't keep up the pace as we have limited resources. So we're looking for an agency that is an expert in Webflow, not only in design but also in development.

Flowout is perfect because they're not only experts but they are also AMAZINGly fast in delivering the results.

They have their own dashboard that will keep track of all projects which is very convenient. Our projects are mostly about building new pages or improving certain pages on our websites. We would submit the project request in their dashboard, and on average they only need 2-3 days max to finish a project.

We needed ongoing design and development support for one of our Webflow e-commerce websites. Webflow is a beautiful platform but can be very challenging to develop custom work for. We also wanted a dedicated remote team for our site.

The two founders of Flowout are extremely passionate about providing a dedicated full-time team to companies that need it. What we especially liked was that they don't outsource their projects, their design and development team is all in-house.

Our first project was integrating Webflow with Segment.com and registering e-commerce events. Some of these events are not easy to register with Webflow, such as "Add to Cart" and "Initiate Checkout".

Our Facebook pixel is enriched with better data thanks to the Segment integration. We are also now able to send a clean set of Webflow e-commerce data to data warehouses and other analytics tools to better understand our business, since Webflow has no analytics in their backend and is very weak with reporting.

We met all milestones on the required timeline. We tracked progress with regular updates and had real-time visibility on Figma and the project management dashboard Flowout provided for ticket and project tracking. According to PageSpeed Insights, the WordPress page scored 48 in performance, 85 in accessibility, 96 in best practices, and 61 in SEO. The new Webflow site scored 74 in performance, 89 in accessibility, 73 in best practices, and 100 in SEO. Moreover, we no longer need a developer to push new content; we can now do it in-house 100%.

How did Flowout perform from a project management standpoint?

Flowout did a great job with project management. They delivered everything on the expected deadline and helped keep us reminded of deadlines when the ball was in our court to deliver details or feedback. Our primary forms of communication were virtual meetings and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Throughout the project, I had a lot of work travel, which put me many time zones apart from the Flowout team. This never stopped us from getting work done on time or communicating. The team was very accommodating, and we appreciated it.

The time between the design being finalized and early development felt like a "black box." However, once I communicated this feeling, they went above and beyond to ensure I felt informed and updated on the project's status.
