It was more than just updates; they always had something solid and impressive to show. This regular check-in gave us a clear picture of how the project was moving forward and reassured us that we were on the right track.

Enterprise Monkey made excellent team members since they were punctual, produced well-written code, and suggested enhancements for both the features and the code.
When presenting and demoing the solution to our stakeholders, Enterprise Monkey was a crucial tool, and the product manager thought well of him.
But we struggled with a backend resource who wasn't really competent to work on his tasks; we tried providing criticism, but it didn't help, and he quit without handing over the work.

The objectives included making sure the audience could schedule an appointment, sign up, sign in, and be directed to particular intake questions depending on their responses to earlier questions. Admins should be allowed to make reservations on behalf of the audience, as well.

We have scheduled 1000 audiences since the initiative ended, allowing us to collect money and verify our theory that the audience has unfulfilled requirements in this area.

We talked about the documents we gave during the kick-off meeting for the project. The first system concepts were then created by Enterprise Monkey. Following the idea creation phase, Enterprise Monkey produced mock-ups and used Ruby on Rails to construct the platform. Following that, they tested the platform's implementation. Enterprise Monkey conducted factory acceptance testing and user testing once the testing was finished.

Our major contractor has hired the Enterprise Monkey team to handle maintenance for the platform that they assisted in developing. The platform is currently up and running. 

Positive comments on the caliber of the technology that Enterprise Monkey assisted in developing have been received. Our initial users have expressed their happiness with our cutting-edge, inventive technology and the platform.

Since Infinum was a subcontractor, our contract managed the whole engagement with them, thus we only needed to synchronize our timetables once. Nevertheless, despite a few delays, everything was ultimately delivered on schedule and under budget. 

We mostly engaged with Enterprise Monkey's staff virtually, through meetings and presentations that included Enterprise Monkey, our contract, and our team. We didn't speak with them personally. But we also emailed Enterprise Monkey all of the modification requests we issued to our contractor.
