We worked together on a customer project and an internal project. In our customer project, the focus was on the content work in the backend. In our internal project, we worked on the frontend, design and UX.

For our external project, we were able to measure the functionality of the software in particular and develop it in 2-week iterations. 
For our internal project, the goal was to complete the entire frontend by October 2024, which we achieved on time.

The project entailed progressing the development of a custom inventory management system from MVP stage to production stage. The product was required to operate on web and natively on Android only. Key deliverables included:

• The ability for the application to work offline and queue transactions for sync.
• The ability for an admin to create and set custom roles and permissions for users.
• SAML interface with Google for session authentication and log in.
• Intuitive interface with two language options.
• The ability to export data based on permission levels.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a branded product that is in production and being used in a pilot phase with historic data migrated. The envisaged project has become a reality.

Em are extremely professional and dedicated. Their processes and client engagement has been exemplary. I was the main point of contact from my organisation and worked with the team, communicating with them on a daily basis. They have always been supportive, efficient and diligent.

Also, they have been incredibly agile, recognising the fact that our project had a large number of unknowns from the outset and have addressed these as we have progressed through the process. I am extremely impressed with the team and what we received from them overall.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication, the amount of resources they were able to put onto issues, their 'can do' attitude to almost all issues which arose, their ability to call in more senior and highly experienced consultants to navigate through difficult terrain. Their client engagement was second to none - we visited them in India on site and were extremely impressed by their operation.

We had a couple of minor hiccups with testing and bugs, but these were resolved satisfactorily.

The team is efficient, always sticks to the original timelines unless there are changes in the requirements. Where the changes occur when a project is in progress, the team is accommodating and always looks for a solution to help deliver the best outcome for customers.

• Sprint Velocity and Ticket Completion: Monitoring sprint velocity, measured by the number of story points completed per sprint, offers insights into the team's productivity and efficiency. Additionally, tracking the completion rate of tickets within each sprint provides a tangible measure of progress and the team's ability to deliver on commitments.
• Production Support Issue Resolution: Quantifying the number of production support issues addressed within a specified timeframe demonstrates the effectiveness of the team in maintaining the stability and reliability of the platform. Decreasing the resolution time for production issues indicates continuous improvement in system performance and customer satisfaction.

In order to learn how to make our designs, Enterprise Monkey posed a lot of questions. After our conversations were done, Enterprise Monkey sent us a project estimate, user profiles, design concepts, and a product roadmap to finish the work that we had spoken about for the previous six to eight

As a result of the proof of concept, we were able to secure internal stakeholder approval for the next phase of development. The prototype demonstrated the viability of our idea, leading to a 50% reduction in development time for the final product due to early identification of necessary adjustments.

We had a real-time collaboration with EM via their live dashboards, helping us monitor daily progress. The entire team was exceptional and responded to all our concerns promptly. With thorough documentation and clear recommendations for the next step, the POC was delivered on time. The entire project management team stepped up and provided the recommendations. Additionally, the CEO, Aamir Qutub, worked with us as a true partner rather than simply acting as the owner of the company. He was deeply involved in the idea of the app and worked collaboratively with us and his  team, ensuring that every decision was made with collective input.
