Enterprise Monkey has created both a PWA and a react.js application. In order to make sure that all needs are covered, we conducted Zoom sessions with the project manager after providing the team specs. To make sure that development is proceeding as planned and that we are satisfied with the direction and outcomes, we had frequent meetings.

We have been working on enhancements and additional features for the bespoke application that Enterprise Monkey delivered, which has been in use for more than 1.5 years.

The objectives included making ensuring people could schedule an appointment, sign up, sign in, and be routed to certain intake questions depending on their responses to earlier questions. Admins should be able to make reservations on patients' behalf, as well.

For us, they have developed three applications. One is for iOS, while the other is for Android, and both are essentially the same. The third is a web application that was created with the Laravel PHP framework. They completed the task after I provided the design and specifications. 
Facilities Services representatives can recommend one another to one another using the applications. Although they might exchange leads they get from beyond their region, agents usually cover a single territory. Agents in that region receive a push message when a lead is received, and they have the option to accept or reject it. We let each lead to be accepted by up to three agencies. They split the commission with the individual who submitted the lead if one of them closes a deal.

The code they provided was functional enough. Occasionally, we discovered bugs, but these were resolved. They were competitively priced, skilled developers, and superb communicators.
