The MVP was delivered on time and fully ready for market testing. Early user testing showed a high satisfaction rate with the app structure, design clarity, and overall usability. In particular, the user journey became noticeably simpler thanks to AI-powered features that reduced manual data entry — users could create appliances and systems by uploading photos, documents, or links, with key details auto-filled automatically. This made onboarding faster and significantly lowered friction during everyday use.

The reminder system and repair-logging workflow improved users’ ability to organize household information consistently. Another valuable outcome was the ability to share home access with other users (for example, family members or co-owners), making household information collaborative and easy to maintain across multiple people.

We collaborated with Empat on an ambitious fintech project — a digital wealth-building platform designed to help Gen Z users invest smarter, set financial goals, and automate savings through behavior-based triggers. Our team handled all branding, product strategy, and design, while Empat owned the entire technical stack. Their team covered frontend (React + TypeScript), backend (Node.js + PostgreSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS). 
They built secure user authentication, a savings automation engine, data visualizations for portfolio performance, and integrations with third-party banking APIs (via Plaid and TrueLayer). Additionally, they worked closely with our design team to ensure perfect design-to-dev implementation — down to the pixel. 
Deliverables included a responsive web app, a backend with a scalable event-driven architecture, a notification system, admin tools, and full DevOps setup for CI/CD and monitoring.

Our client also secured additional investment following the demo of the MVP.

Empat has been leading the development of our mobile CMMS application from initial idea validation through early implementation stages. Together, we refined the concept, outlined the core product logic, and iteratively shaped the MVP scope. Their team designed the UX/UI with a strong focus on field usability, aiming to support technicians in offline conditions. The application is being developed using Flutter to support both iOS and Android platforms. The first development stage included implementing a robust hierarchical system for managing technical templates (flowchart and list views), the ability to add and edit equipment structure, input general and maintenance data, and attach remarks - all with fully offline operation through local data storage. Empat also prepared detailed technical documentation and supported the project with clear communication and structured planning throughout the design and implementation phases. We hired Empat to help us launch a high-quality marketing website for our startup events in San Francisco. Our goals were to create a bold, modern design that reflects the energy of our brand, to build the site quickly using Webflow so we could manage it in-house without developers, and to ensure everything worked flawlessly across devices through pre-launch testing.
