Empat worked with us across the entire product lifecycle — from early concept validation to final launch. They began by developing the brand identity and UX/UI design, creating a playful yet intuitive interface tailored to meme-centric audiences. The frontend was built with Next.js for performance and SEO benefits, while the backend was developed using Node.js and PostgreSQL to support user authentication, meme submissions, payment processing, and content moderation. Stripe was integrated for payments, and Empat also handled admin panel development for internal moderation and sales analytics. Their QA team performed comprehensive testing across devices and browsers to ensure smooth functionality. The final deliverables included a fully deployed web platform, admin tools, responsive frontend, and all necessary technical documentation.

Within the first month of launch, we onboarded over 300 creators and processed more than 1,000 meme transactions. The platform remained stable even under heavy traffic, and early users praised its speed and visual style. Bounce rate decreased by over 35% compared to our earlier landing pages, and we received consistent inbound interest from creators and meme communities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Empat?

We hired Empat to help us launch a high-quality marketing website for our startup events in San Francisco. Our goals were to create a bold, modern design that reflects the energy of our brand, to build the site quickly using Webflow so we could manage it in-house without developers, and to ensure everything worked flawlessly across devices through pre-launch testing. We needed a reliable partner who could combine speed, design excellence, and technical precision — and Empat delivered on all fronts.

Empat managed the project end-to-end — from initial concept to final implementation. They started by creating the visual direction for the website, including mood boards, UI/UX design, and responsive layouts tailored to the energy and audience of our events.

Once the designs were approved, they developed the full website in Webflow, which allowed for a fast and flexible build process. Their team also handled content structuring, SEO optimization, and custom interactions to make the site more engaging.

Before launch, Empat conducted comprehensive testing across devices and browsers to ensure performance, responsiveness, and stability. The final deliverables included the full Webflow site, optimized for mobile and desktop, as well as documentation and training so our team could easily update content ourselves post-launch.

The website functioned as an ideal marketing asset — it clearly communicated our brand, built trust, and streamlined event promotion. With each event we organized, the site helped attract more attendees, acting as a consistent conversion engine for signups and interest.

Thanks to its structure and design, it played a key role in growing our audience and community organically from event to event.

We tracked several key metrics that clearly showed the website’s impact. In the first three months after launch, we saw a 25% increase in event attendance compared to previous events promoted without the new site. Our newsletter subscriber base grew by 40%, and we reached over 6,000 unique website visitors, many of whom came through organic and direct traffic.
