**The Review** — Aug 26, 2025

**Feedback Summary**: efelle creative has helped the client increase website traffic, boost quality leads, receive highly detailed pre-qualified inquiries, and gain positive customer feedback. The team has managed the project well, adhered to deadlines despite the iterations, and responded promptly to the client's needs.
""They are true partners, always thinking about our business goals, not just completing tasks.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and position.I am the CEO and President of FES HK - Corp (Fareastsails)Describe what your company does in a single sentence.FES HK Corp (Far East Sails) designs and manufactures custom sails and marine canvas products for cruising, racing, and multihull boats worldwide.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What specific goals or objectives did you hire efelle creative to accomplish?First, we needed a website that truly served as a digital showroom for our high-end products. Our sails are works of engineering and art, and the website needed to reflect that with stunning, high-resolution imagery and video that could capture the texture of the fabrics and the elegance of a full sail. Second, we required a streamlined, intuitive inquiry system. The process for a boat owner to request a quote for a custom sail is inherently complex, involving precise measurements and specifications. We needed a platform that could guide a potential client through this process effortlessly, reducing friction and encouraging inquiries. Finally, we needed a modern, robust foundation. The site had to be blisteringly fast, secure, and seamlessly responsive on everything from a desktop monitor in a shipyard to a smartphone on a rolling deck. It also needed to be built on a content management system that our small marketing team could easily manage without constant developer support.

**SOLUTION**
How did you find efelle creative?Online SearchWhy did you select efelle creative over others?High ratingsGreat culture fitGood value for costCompany values alignedHow many teammates from efelle creative were assigned to this project?2-5 EmployeesDescribe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables. The key deliverables included:Custom Design & UX Strategy: They delivered a completely unique visual design that balances a classic, trustworthy, handcrafted brand aesthetic with modern, clean interfaces. The color palette, typography, and layout all feel premium and nautical without being clichéd.Advanced Content Management System (CMS): We received a tailor-made WordPress backend that is incredibly intuitive. We can now easily create new project galleries, update technical specifications for our materials, and manage a library of hundreds of high-resolution images without needing to touch a line of code.Sophisticated Custom Quote Form: This was a cornerstone of the project. Efelle built a multi-step, conditional form that intelligently guides users. For example, if a user selects "Racing Sail," the subsequent questions and field options change to gather specific racing-class measurements, unlike those for a "Cruising Sail." This drastically reduces incomplete and inaccurate quote requests.High-Performance Development: The site was built with a focus on performance from the ground up. They implemented advanced caching, image optimization (including next-gen formats), and clean code to ensure loading times were minimal, which is critical for our international clients in areas with slower internet connections.Comprehensive Migration & Training: They handled the full migration from our old, fragile site to the new robust hosting environment seamlessly, with zero downtime. Furthermore, they provided detailed, hands-on training sessions for our team, equipping us with the confidence to take full ownership of the site's content.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? The new website has been a transformative asset for our business. While we've seen a significant increase in overall web traffic, the most critical metrics have seen dramatic improvement. The quality of leads generated through the website has skyrocketed. We've moved from receiving vague emails asking "how much for a sail?" to receiving highly detailed, pre-qualified inquiries through the custom form. This has reduced the back-and-forth time for our sales team by at least a full business day per quote, allowing them to focus on closing deals rather than gathering basic information.Furthermore, we consistently receive unsolicited compliments on the website from new and long-standing clients. A memorable instance was a yacht captain for a prominent sailing family who called specifically to praise the site's gallery. He mentioned that being able to zoom in on the high-resolution photos of stitch patterns and hardware reinforcements was the deciding factor in choosing us over a European competitor, as it provided a level of transparency and confidence in our quality that no brochure could.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?Efelle's project management was exemplary. From the outset, we were assigned a dedicated project manager who was our single point of contact. We had a clear, shared project timeline using their platform, and we never had to wonder what the next step was or when it was due. They delivered every major milestone either on or ahead of schedule. This was particularly impressive given the custom nature of the quote form, which required several iterative feedback loops. Their response to our needs was always prompt and solution-oriented. During the design phase, we were unsure about a particular user flow. Instead of just implementing it as drawn, their team proposed and built a simple A/B test for two different options, allowing us to make a data-driven decision that ultimately improved the final product. They are true partners, always thinking about our business goals, not just completing tasks. What was your primary form of communication with efelle creative?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company? What truly set efelle apart was their commitment to understanding our industry. They didn't just build a beautiful website; they built a website that works for the sailmaking business. The custom quote tool is the most obvious example of this it shows a deep understanding of our sales process.Furthermore, their attention to tactile detail was incredible. They insisted on professional photography to do our products justice and spent hours optimizing the load times of these large image files so the experience remained fast. This combination of artistic eye and technical discipline is rare. They treated our brand with the same care we treat a customer's sail design. Are there any areas for improvement or something efelle creative could have done differently? This is a difficult question because the experience was so positive. If I were to offer one constructive thought, it would be to have introduced us to the ongoing support and maintenance team slightly earlier in the process. The project team was so seamless that the hand-off to the support team, while smooth, felt like a transition. Perhaps a brief introductory meeting two weeks before project completion could have made that feel even more continuous. However, this is a minor note on what was otherwise a flawless execution. We would not hesitate to recommend efelle to any manufacturing business looking to elevate its digital presence to a world-class level.

**Feedback Summary**: The museum website has gained 28% more traffic since it was rebuilt, thanks to efelle creative’s work. The website can be updated much faster now. The team manages the engagement well through Basecamp. They’re responsive and solutions-oriented, taking time to fully understand the client’s brand.
"“They have integrity; the team has high standards and technical expertise.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the head of digital strategy at the National Nordic Museum of Ballard in Seattle.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with efelle creative?

We need efelle for a few things, including aligning our website more with our brand. As an institution, we need a major facelift for our website — we want to bring a more Scandinavian look, feel, and modern aesthetic to the website.

On top of that, we need a CMS that allows us to be more nimble and flexible in terms of updating the website. That way, we can better react to events and push out new content. Finally, effelle needs to optimize the site because it’s slow and ranks poorly on Google. Beyond that, we want to ensure that we adhere to accessibility standards to make our site accessible to everyone.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

The efelle team has rebuilt our site from scratch using their own CMS called FusionCMS. We’ve opted not to do a major rebrand in this project, but they’ve changed our color scheme a bit and introduced a new teal color to it. We’re using this new scheme across all of our marketing materials. Moreover, we work closely with efelle on keyword research. They’ve also developed content for us through their content developer.

In terms of functionality, the site lets users buy and sell admission and event tickets. We can accept donations through the site, and it has a museum store where people can purchase various items. End users can contact us through the website, too.

What is the team composition?

We work with five key people from efelle, namely a project manager, a content developer, an SEO specialist, a designer, and a developer. More people are involved behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with efelle creative?

I found efelle through Clutch. I was looking for reviews of Seattle-based digital agencies, and they came up as a highly ranked vendor. Then, I talked to a few of their previous clients and received great feedback from them. After that, I interviewed the team in person and ultimately decided to hire them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $55,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We kicked off the partnership in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website traffic is up by 28% since our relaunch. We’ve had events that influenced that, but everything seems to be trending in the right direction. Moreover, the time we need to update our site has significantly decreased — we can update the website twice as fast as before.

How did efelle creative perform from a project management standpoint?

The efelle team’s project management skills are excellent. We use Basecamp as our main project management tool. To communicate, we use Google Meet, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have integrity; the team has high standards and technical expertise. On top of that, they’re highly responsive. We receive quick solutions to any issues we have.

Moreover, they’ve taken the time to learn about our brand and institution. In fact, they’ve come here and visited the museum to get a sense of our values. This means a lot to us, and their effort has been reflected in the final deliverable.

Overall, efelle has become a trusted partner of our team; they’re more than just a vendor.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Invest time with efelle. Help them understand your goals, brand, and values. Beyond that, have an open mind about FusionCMS. Try some demos, and you’ll see that it’s a good CMS. It’s well-supported and fairly secure. Rather than using WordPress, Drupal, or other traditional CMS choices, try efelle’s FusionCMS.

For context, using this CMS was one of the hard decisions we made. It was completely unknown to us and locked us into the relationship for the long term. We were also thinking about using WordPress. However, we still gave FusionCMS a go.

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

Louisiana Crawfish Company is a family owned and operation business since 1985 specializing in the shipment of Live crawfish and other Louisiana food products across the United States.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire efelle creative, and what were your goals?

We were operating on an outdated e-commerce platform and design. We needed a fresh look with user experience at the forefront.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided on Big Commerce as our platform and from there spent 3 months researching and interviewing agencies recommended by Big Commerce.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I had several calls with sales to determine cost and timeline. Once we decided on Efelle we worked off the timeline from design through migration to launch.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

To my knowledge there were up to 30 team members assigned to our project (from design to programming) with 1 main point of contact being the project manager.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We along with our customers love the fresh design and easy navigation.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

One of the things I loved most about working with Efelle was the communication. Whether it be phone, email or zoom calls, we were in constant communication to keep the project moving.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Each team member I encountered with efelle was professional, patient, relatable, and efficient. They delivered a beautiful, easy flowing, user friendly site at a very reasonable price. Other agencies interviewed were charging double and triple for the same project. All things considered we are extremely happy with our choice!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only hiccup we had was their understanding of the robust features needed to accomplish our shipping rules. Once that was straightened out it was smooth sailing!

**BACKGROUND**

I own an art entertainment company that specializes in caricatures at parties and tourist locations.

We needed Efelle to build a website that acts as an advertising hub to attract/retain clients, and also be an informational hub for artist to sign up and be able to showcase their work.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at their previous oeuvre, and read all the good reviews they had over various sites.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

It started off with a meet a great. We talked about branding and sites we wanted to emulate. We signed a contract, paid them a deposit, and they built our site.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with maybe 3 people. Occasionally someone would reach out with a question, but when it came time for review or an alterations we could speak to one person, and they would make sure everything was running like clockwork.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our online business is way up, which is a must in todays virtual society. We even dropped services from other Ad companies, and still saw growth from our site.

They work fast and stay on top of everything. Overall, the team is instrumental in turning the firm’s ideas into reality.
"“I’m happy with the speed of their progress.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the IT manager at a trucking company.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with efelle creative?

We didn’t have a good website; it was old. As a result, we hired effelle to build a better one for us.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Since our old website wasn’t in a condition that could be refurbished, efelle had to redevelop the site from scratch. I wanted the site to play a video when opened by a user. It should also be easy to navigate. The goal was to help website visitors know more about our company.

The efelle team used Adobe Illustrator to create working mockups. Then, they showed us how the website’s flow would work, teaching us about FusionCMS, which we could use to keep updates going without having to go through the team for everything. We also provided our own input in a lot of aspects, such as the colors and structure of the website. They took our input and worked with us to apply them to the website.

At present, efelle is hosting our website. They also do maintenance work for us.

What is the team composition?

We work with 4–6 people from efelle, including a designer and a project manager. Someone from their team also does photography, while another one serves as the copywriter. Our main point of contact is Marc (E-Commerce Specialist).

How did you come to work with efelle creactive?

We looked around for media and website design firms. It was important for us to hire a team that lived in our state; they should be local so that we could interact with them — we support local companies as much as we can. With that in mind, we hired efelle.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m proud of how the website looks now. We constantly receive compliments for it. In fact, our customers have told us that seeing the website has convinced them to do business with us.

How did efelle creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is great. The efelle team follows up with us and keeps us on our toes. When we let a deadline slip, they remain patient. Overall, I’m happy with the speed of their progress. To communicate, we typically use Google Spreadsheets. Its multi-user editing functionality is great because the team can easily see our comments.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They turn our ideas into reality.

For instance, when they asked me for ideas about how we wanted a sub-selector webpage to work, I said that I wanted it to work in a similar way to the shift knob of a manual transmission car. I floated that idea and showed it to them, and they turned it into reality. I was completely happy with that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve by sharing how each piece of the project fits together. Sometimes, we lose track of the project. If they can tell us more about what they’re doing and their expected results, that will be great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a defined idea of what you want to see in the project. Then, tell efelle all of your ideas and they’ll turn them into reality. If plenty of edits occurs because of various people’s inputs, then the project will slow down. Such edits can drag everything down. Meanwhile, if you have well-defined ideas, you’ll have the best results.

**Feedback Summary**: The client has seen increasing calls and emails thanks to the new website. efelle creative leverages Basecamp for effective communication and has been flexible with scheduling during COVID. Customers can expect a partner with deep, up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and new technologies.
""Their understanding of the latest and greatest stands out to us." "

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

We are a charter fishing lodge and charter out of Sitka, Alaska. We operate yearly, from early May to mid-September, which is our fishing season. I manage several things, including employee management and land logistics. During the offseason, we reside in the state of Washington.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with efelle creative?

We were looking to revamp our existing website that had launched approximately five years ago. The goal was to brighten the site up and make a bit more impact out there with younger people.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

efelle creative started from scratch. We described what we offer and then worked with their design team on the UI/UX. The most important part of the site was they information about our services. In our industry, a three-day package often means that half of one of the days is spent traveling. For our three-day offering, however, we offer three full days of fishing and one full travel day on either side of those three, meaning the whole package is actually five days long. This difference had to be made clear. It’s the same with our four-day package; it’s actually six days long. We named the three-day package the “action” package and the four-day experience the “extreme package.”

The WordPress site has a “contact us” feature on every page to make it as easy as possible for people to connect with us. The site is finished, and we’re still engaged with efelle for monthly maintenance.

What is the team composition?

At times, we’ve had up to five resources, especially during development. Most of our communication one-on-one with Catherine (Account Manager). She was phenomenal. If she thought we needed to engaged with others, she set it up.

How did you come to work with efelle creative?

Our owner liked their previous sites and reached out to them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $25,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since December 2018.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Repeat clientele make up about 80% of our business, and we’ve had several people tell us they really like website. This translates to more people asking questions and reaching out via the email feature on the site. Either that, or they call us. There’s still more we can do together, like SEO, but they’ve absolutely exceeded expectations thus far.

How did efelle creative perform from a project management standpoint?

COVID messed up our schedule, but they’ve been more than gracious with us — working and putting things aside for a certain amount of time when we need. They’re always ready and wanting to move forward, however.

We use a number of tools to communicate, including Basecamp, which is very effective in getting the word out to everybody. Email and Zoom also support us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their understanding of the latest and greatest stands out to us. They keep up with what technologies will work for us and guide us down the best avenue.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Knowing what our business does has presented a learning curve for efelle, as we kind of unique. They didn’t quite grasp the difference between sport, commercial, and other types of fishing initially.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They are great to work with and have a lot of knowledge, so if you know what you want going in, then they’ll be easy to work with.

**Feedback Summary**: Internal and external stakeholders gave positive feedback to the website, commending its professional look and clean design. One of the firm’s products on the website also ranked third on search engine results despite no advertising. Overall, efelle creative did an impressive job for the business.
"“The efelle creative team’s project management was terrific.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

My wife and I are the owners of Centauri Fitness, a provider of fitness supplements.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with efelle creative?

We didn’t have time to build a website by ourselves, so we needed a team we could utilize for that goal.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

To help efelle creative develop our website, we provided them with our company name and goals. They also looked into our competitors to determine what could set us apart from other businesses like ours. The team then incorporated that information into the website.

In terms of features, we had a straightforward requirement, which was for the website to serve as a portal that end users could use to order our products. The website also had to provide detailed information about the products, along with the best ways to purchase them.

Simply put, the efelle creative team had to build a simple website that raised our brand awareness, created hype, and provided people with a way to directly order from our company.

What is the team composition?

Our initial point of contact was Christian (Digital Strategist). Once we moved forward with the engagement, we were assigned a team of 8–10 people. Each of them had expertise based on what we needed for the website.

Moreover, we were in contact with a handful of their resources throughout the process. If we had feedback on their outputs and wanted to change something, we could talk to the teammate who did it. That way, their work could be more in line with our expectations.

How did you come to work with efelle creative?

I discovered efelle creative through Google search. They were the first company that appeared in the results, which was an important indicator of their expertise. The SEO technique they were using was working, and that led credence to what they were offering.

Then, I submitted a contact request form on their website, and they set up an appointment with me. We explored the types of services they offered and whether or not we’d be interested in them. Then, they put together a proposal based on our conversations. They laid out their plans for us, the costs, and the next steps for the engagement.

Their presentation came with an in-depth analysis. Overall, with what little information we provided them and despite not knowing what we truly wanted, they managed to put together an impressive proposal. As a result, we hired them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $12,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with efelle creative lasted from December 2020–June 2021.

To clarify, we don’t have an ongoing relationship with them since the website is complete, and we only work with them if we need support services for the website.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We received feedback from family, friends, and customers who viewed the website — they were thoroughly impressed with how professional it looked. They praised its clean design, too.

For specific results, our single-serve, pre-workout supplement ranked third in search results even though the website was brand new and had minimal traffic. That was great for us since we spent no advertising dollars on it. We were impressed with this result.

How did efelle creative perform from a project management standpoint?

The efelle creative team’s project management was terrific; they were with us every step of the way. We had a couple of back-and-forth meetings, and they were highly responsive whenever I emailed them. Katherine (Account Manager) facilitated our meetings and took questions she couldn’t answer to their subject matter experts.

Moreover, the team accommodated our schedules, which was great because we had time zone differences. In fact, our team once missed one of our appointments, but they were truly understanding.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were able to see efelle creative on the first page of search results. For comparison, other companies claimed that they were experts in SEO, but we weren’t able to pull them up on the first search results. This was impressive because we looked to their team to help us create exposure for our business.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their support services costs around $100 per month, which is a little higher for a company that’s only starting out. To be fair, their customer service is good, which is paramount to any transaction.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When you’re talking to efelle creative during the onboarding process, be upfront with your expectations. They’re not going to sell your products for you; they’re only going to facilitate that process. As a result, the clearer you are on your expectations of what you want, the easier it is for them to help you. Ultimately, communication is paramount to the process and will help reduce the chances of dissatisfaction.

**The Review** — Dec 28, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: Thanks to efelle creative, end clients have improved their ROI by 200%–500%. The team is outstandingly professional, skilled, and flexible. They’re creative and reliable; they understand KPIs and are able to translate the client’s wishes into quality work. Overall, they’re collaborative partners.
""The beauty of working with efelle creative is that they have a lot of experience.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the managing partner of Rupert Rodney. We’re management consultants that focus on driving the maximum income for our clients by looking at the impact they create.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with efelle creative?

Our metrics for success aren’t just tied to the financial performance of our company and clients but also the depth and altitude they create for society and the communities they live in. Most website developers are familiar with putting together websites without quantitative KPIs — they just know conversion rates, abandoned carts, and so on.

We needed a company that understood that there was more to how we operate than the financial result. However, we still expected an improved outcome due to the qualitative way we operate. In summary, it was a unique challenge for any website firm because they needed to understand the ethos of our company and translate it into a product.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We work with efelle creative with a collaborative approach. They can create wonderful outcomes for clients, but they’re also willing to work as a team if it doesn’t compromise the final product. In our case, we’ve supported the UX/UI process.

One of the key technologies they’ve developed is a CMS called Fusion. Many content management solutions were available, but they built it because they couldn’t find one that met their requirements. The CMS allows to create new pages and assets for the website and update content, but not in a template way. Also, it’s strong enough not to break up if a novice is using it — the design doesn’t get messed up.

In summary, we have complete control over the current pages, and we can make them beautiful without feeling it’s just a cut-and-copy. It’s a wonderful system, and we use it for our clients and ourselves — it’s a major part of our business.

What is the team composition?

We’ve had 5–10 people involved at different stages for this project. First, we had a project manager, a designer, and the CEO onboard us and start the project. Then, we had an entire team of coders for the coding process, and we’ve had a single point of contact throughout everything. Also, we have access to anyone on the team — we can just call them and get someone right away.

How did you come to work with efelle creative?

We were searching tirelessly to find a website development partner who was large and sophisticated enough to have all the workflows we needed to ensure quality but also intimate enough to understand the unique way we do business. We went to sites like Clutch to find customer reviews to find a qualitative and quantitative mix without compromising quality.

Since we were looking for a long-term partner, we interviewed directly with Fred (Agency Founder & CEO). Later on, we discovered that he had personally supported something important to us, but he didn’t try to get the credit for it. That, coupled with our first experience with them, led to a solid relationship with efelle creative.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $50,000–$100,000, including all our clients.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2017, and our engagement is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We can’t share metrics because our clients are under strict NDAs. However, they’ve clearly experienced between 200%–500% improvement in their ROI.

How did efelle creative perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re a great team — they’re warm and professional. I’m familiar with the website design processes; I’ve been part of over 100 projects in the last 30 years, and it’s just wonderful to work with efelle creative.

They use Basecamp, so we can communicate through the project board or email, which also gets posted on the board. However, we’ve directly messaged and called the designers many times. They’re available and organized.

Also, we like Basecamp because it’s fast — everything uploads well, and we can even edit. Overall, efelle creative is a professional organization, and it doesn’t matter how we communicate with them because they’re very prompt in getting back at us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their strength and flexibility are outstanding. With many creative firms, it’s hard to pin down what they’ll deliver. On the other hand, firms that are less flexible or creative can be more reliable — as long as we want it their way, we’ll get a result. However, we think that web design is art; it’s a presentation of the ethos and values of our company.

Therefore, we wanted someone with solid designers and creatives to understand the unique pathos of our company. They also had to be solid businesspeople to understand KPIs and metrics, how to drive them, measure them, and present the analytics to make business decisions. All in all, efelle creative has both, which is very rare to find. Moreover, they’re affordable because the ROI is very encouraging right from the start.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t know what they could do better because I’ve never seen anyone do it better. Their ability to translate our words and desires into a first proof captures all of that.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You should know the business goals and the feeling or emotions that you want to achieve. The beauty of working with efelle creative is that they have a lot of experience, so you should allow them to guide you.

**The Review** — Dec 16, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: Currently providing hosting, and, potentially, SEO services, efelle creative is a one-stop digital shop. Their depth of experience leads to optimized suggestions. Rather than take over projects, they empower clients to design the product that will serve them best. They are a responsive partner.
""It felt like we were their only customer. They gave us the individualized attention everyone wants." "

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a B2B furniture manufacturer that sells office furniture. I’m our senior marketing director and have been with the company for over 20 years.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with efelle creative?

We were looking for a long-term digital agency with full-stack capabilities that would be able to handle any request we had, including robust design and backend requirements.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Right off the top, we were looking to develop a parent website — a very large website on the order of 40–50 pages that would have links to our career options and backlinks to other locations. There had to be custom capabilities around a product configurator we had, as well as an easy-to-use CMS that we could interact with after the fact.

Additionally, we wanted to up our game in terms of delivering a strong visual narrative and rich, video-based imagery. Heat-mapping was also one of our asks, in addition to roll-over effects, and mobile responsive design. They also created a smaller website that was specific to one of our internal divisions.

Technologies used include their proprietary CMS. Every year or two they release a new version, iterating it into a better version. The coding work was done in standard HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and perhaps some PHP.

To begin, we created a detailed design brief and went through an extensive design phase. We were more involved than the usual client because we knew we needed to own and enjoy the end product. Therefore, our process was to collaborate very tightly with efelle creative’s in-house designers. We spent extra time in this phase to get it all right.

Adobe XD allowed us to test the designs and get a sense of the interactions between the different components. We could also test linking and comment on the functionality of designs. Our in-house team worked back and forth with them on approvals and modifications.

Beyond development, efelle creative hosts both our sites and has done targeted copywriting and SEO, which involves rewriting large portions of our content with targeted keywords in mind. They also provided many SEO options that we chose not to use, walking us through an entire game plan including keyword research and an industry study. We’re still considering whether to leverage this option or handle SEO internally.

What is the team composition?

The extent of the team through various phases was around 7–8 individuals. We consulted with Fred (CEO) in the evaluation phase, and after that, we worked with an account manager and account team, which was comprised of about three individuals: a copywriter and two designers. In the development phase, we worked with our account manager and two developers.

Catherine (Account Manager) has been our main point of contact throughout.

How did you come to work with efelle creative?

One of our criteria in choosing efelle creative was to bring hosting and maintenance and development under one roof. They offered just that, and we took them up on it.

We shortlisted top web development agencies in the Seattle, Portland, and Northern California areas, and, because this was pre-COVID conducted many site visits.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $175,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October 2019–February 2021.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

efelle was very competitively priced for what they were offering. One specific example occurred during development when we decided to add a 3D product configurator to the scope. We’d developed features like this before and knew it would be pricey, but we were blown away by efelle’s quote, and the reason they could offer such a price was the quality of their proprietary CMS. It provides such a capable foundation that we can grow the site without breaking the bank.

The CMS is so easy to use that in the one year since the site went live, we’ve been able to handle 95% of all the required maintenance ourselves. efelle creative made sure to provide strong documentation and training on how to use the CMS, which we greatly appreciated. They even went so far as to walk us through it so we could take maximum advantage and own our site.

How did efelle creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Their procedures and processes were built on web-based best practices and their internal team’s extensive experience. Right away, they set us up in Basecamp, which allowed us to communicate, upload media, and review design references. Aside from that, we communicated over conference calls and in-person visits.

Working with two project managers — a supervisor and a manager underneath them — allowed efelle creative to be very responsive. It felt like we were their only customer. They gave us the individualized attention everyone wants.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were relying on them as our partner to help guide us with website best practices, as they aren’t a core competency of our in-house team, as we’re a furniture manufacturer., so we relied on efelle to build a great website.

The pieces that were the most helpful were their insights and point of view, gained from experience. Rather than reinventing the wheel, they coached us away from things that wouldn’t serve us and toward better alternatives.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The project kicked off four months before the pandemic hit, so there were growing pains surrounding both of our companies moving to a completely dispersed workforce. efelle also experienced some turnover in their developers, so progress was slow for a bit, but I give them a pass because the same thing was happening to every company in the world at that point.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The best advice is that they’re a capable and experienced team, but don’t let that stop you from owning the product. efelle is willing to work with you and deliver the exact solution you want. They want you to see them and work with them as a partner, and not just a vendor.

Everyone is pretty complimentary about how the site looks and is set up. In terms of metrics, we don’t get work from our website; its purpose is to show our potential clients what work we do.

One great aspect is that the site allows us to organize and sort our projects. People who want to build a car dealership aren’t going to look at a self-storage facility we built.

Overall, efelle creative met or exceeded all our expectations.

How did efelle creative perform from a project management standpoint?

It was all good. If we were behind, it was because we weren’t quick enough in making a decision. They adhered to the schedule and did a good job. The way they’re structured, they’ve had a lot of changes in their project management, which made it difficult to figure out who to talk to next.

We communicated mostly over Zoom meetings. efelle had a program set up where we could review their work and provide additional information. This way we didn’t have to call them up every time, which improves coordination and prevents tasks from being dropped.

What did you find most impressive about them?

efelle creative is extremely original. Their experience working with other construction companies also stands out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Have one project manager who’s involved from start to finish. Additionally, having more verbal communication over the phone would provide more personality than solely conversing through a program does.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Put some thought into what you want to accomplish because that’s the first question they’re going to ask. They truly use that information to develop your site.

I don’t have any other specific advice, as they did a great job.

**The Review** — Dec 14, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: efelle creative kept the project moving despite having many revisions. They were also very patient with multiple rounds of feedback and tweaks for their site. The client praised them for their patient and thoughtful attitudes that ended up with an outstanding product.
""The team was very patient and thoughtful while listening to our feedback to create an outstanding product.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the COO at an Executive Recruitment and talent advisory firm based in Atlanta.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire efelle creative?

We were starting a new company from scratch and needed a logo and website to reflect our innovative and modern approach to the search industry. We also used efelle to create brand materials such as Word and PowerPoint templates, business cards, and they also provided the web hosting post launch.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed several web designers, many of whom were based internationally. We liked the process, creativity and accolades of efelle as well as our sales rep.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After discovery meetings where we mapped out the site plan, we worked through various logo designs and design templates. Then we moved into the homepage composition, before moving into the subpage composition. We wanted a website which was easy to navigate and had some elements of fun animation to bring the content to life. Finally, we worked together on the copywriting in tandem to the web development before concluding with the design / functionality testing.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with at least 6 people throughout the process including an initial sales rep who was available post sale, a project manager, the design professional, the brand story individual, the copywriter and I'm probably missing one or two!

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The process directed by efelle kept the project moving despite many revisions. The team was very patient with multiple rounds of feedback and tweaks to the site.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The whole efelle team was easy to communicate with and very responsive, including to constructive criticism. We conducted all of our meetings over video conferences.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team was very patient and thoughtful while listening to our feedback to create an outstanding product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only critique is that after 6 months into the project (and multiple iterations on our end) there was a time lapse which put the launch further behind schedule than anticipated. We were unaware that the delay in that section would result in a delay in launch which was still several months away.

They kept the client up-to-date while giving advance notice for their milestones and needs. The vendor was also exceptionally competent and committed to delivering great customer service.
""Efelle was a terrific project partner at every stage of development, design, and technical delivery."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the marketing director for a mid-size regional architecture firm that serves Washington and Oregon states.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire efelle creative, and what were your goals?

We hired efelle creative to design and create our firm's new website.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We researched service providers on a national basis and identified six firms to whom we sent an invitation to propose on this project. We received two proposals from out-of-area firms and three from local firms, and conducted an in-person interview meeting with the top two proposing firms, of which efelle creative was one.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had an initial meeting with efelle's team to discuss our vision for the website and what we felt it should include. Their team, comprised of our assigned project manager and designers met with our in-house project committee virtually to present initial site design and architecture concepts. Based on feedback received, they presented a refined design reflecting our input, and upon approval, moved forward with the site build.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

On the front end, we coordinated with efelle's marketing director, and then project manager, two designers, a technical training coordinator who walked us through the process for compiling content, and another technical coordinator who gave us a virtual tutorial of the site's content management system.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've only had the new site up for one week, so have no measurable results. That said, staff and industry colleague response to the new look and functionality has been uniformly positive.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Efelle was a terrific project partner at every stage of development, design, and technical delivery. Our project manager was a fantastic communicator who kept us apprised of progress during the build and gave us advance notice for horizon milestones and needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Every person with whom we worked at efelle, including administrative, technical, design and project management was friendly, professional, exceptionally competent and obviously committed to delivering great customer service and a positive client experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. Even in addressing the minor post-launch issues, the efelle team maintained responsiveness and follow-through, and we can tell that we'll be able to count on them moving forward if anything we can't address on our own should ever present.

**The Review** — May 25, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: efelle creative met the client's expectations. The result was consistent to their existing brand and allowed the internal team to update it with new marketing tools in the platform. Additionally, all issues were addressed in a timely manner with excellent customer service.
""Most of the time their team was waiting on us, rather than the other way around."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Marketing Manager for CK Worldwide the leading manufacturer of TIG welding torches and accessories in the world. My day to day tasks involve communicating and developing a cohesive brand identity and image that matches our business philosophy, while promoting engaging content that is relevant to our industry.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire efelle creative, and what were your goals?

We hired Efelle Creative to take over the redesign of our webpage, which had not been done for over 15 years. Though there had been updates to the site in the past 5 years, the platform used was becoming archaic and not user friendly. Looking to update the look, feel, as well as responsiveness of the site we interviewed few different companies to finally land with Efelle. We really wanted something that would take the industry by storm and provide an aesthetic that was pleasing, yet highly functional.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Efelle based upon reviews, pricing, and overall attitude of the key managers and individuals involved in the process. From day one we were treated as a valuable asset with extreme focus on our desires as a company and as a customer. The overall experience started off on a great note with quick communication and follow-up concerning our needs.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

This project started with a kick-off meeting to discuss goals, and look at various websites that we liked that may contain a similar framework to what we were considering. Moving forward with a chosen design we were then shown a design mock-up of what the site should look and function like while working on providing the actual sitemap of how things will be organized.

From there we continued to provide image, text, and other data to start populating the site. After the majority of that was complete the site was ready to use on the backend where we started to tweak certain aspects and continue to enter data. This lengthy process eventually came to fruition and we launched a little over a year later.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The first contact and fantastic individual we met with was Jason Shindler, Digital Strategist, whom helped to define our goals. He helped intermittently along the way and even provided SEO assistance and quotation to help further our project down the tracks. Sara Feldman, Project Manager, helped coordinate the presentation and kickoff of the project when we did our on-site visit eventually passing off to Miranda Towler, Account Manager, to run the show.

Miranda really helped with everything and anything under the sun to help us meet our requirements in a quick and timely fashion. She provided great assistance and was very willing to always figure out an issue no matter how difficult, and no matter how long it took us to get her an answer.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Customers, partners, and employees truly love the new look and feel to the site. It provides an easy to use format, while also being aesthetically pleasing. We have yet to see a huge increase in traffic, but are working to include other elements into our marketing plan that should engage people onto the site further.

Overall the site matches the rest of our branding elements now with a strong platform to move forward with in the next few years while being able to add new elements such as videos and blog posts to help drive up engagement.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication about all aspects of the project were facilitated using Basecamp, phone calls, and video meetings. There was never a gap in communication and all items were addressed in a very timely and consistent manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Efelle provides a quality customer service experience from the start to finish. What was unique was that every little thing that needed to be done to keep us on track was generally complete within a weeks time or less. Most of the time their team was waiting on us, rather than the other way around. Nothing makes creating a new site easier than consistent, quality communication and willingness to see our perspective on what needed to be done. There were very few added costs for the amount of changes we implemented during the building process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly I think the Efelle team did a stand-up job and I would gladly recommend, or work with them on another project again.

**Feedback Summary**: Thanks to efelle creative's effort, the client is now seeing positive results from the campaigns eversince the engagement was started. The team provided day-to-day communications to keep everyone in the loop and to answer questions and concerns.
""They are personal and personable in their communication with you and honest."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I work as a general manager handling day-to-day business operations at Charismatico an online clothing and costume retail store focusing on providing handmade custom stage wear for many types of performers including Latin dancewear, burlesque, cabaret, and drag queen outfits.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire efelle creative, and what were your goals?

We hired efelle after a month long vetting process comparing them to other AdWord agencies. We were looking for a company that could help us refine our Google AdWords campaigns to more effectively market to our US customers by growing a campaign that more concisely reaches our target demographic as well as help us reach potential new customers.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select efelle creative and what were the deciding factors?

We compared their proposal with other proposals we received. While scope of work for this type of work tends to be similar, what we appreciated about effelle was their creativity and honesty in our interviews prior to contracting with them.

We appreciated that they were willing to be creative in their approach to our particular niche and the personal/human touch they brought to the table rather than a cookie cutter solution we had received from some other companies.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

The project scope was to create Google AdWords campaigns that would yield good ROI while also helping us reach our target customers with lower ad spends while also exploring new potential customers niches that would help us grow our business. We also tested Google Shopping campaigns to determine it's viability as a new ad budget to drive sales.

Deliverable's were growth in sales and an adequate ROI from the marketing ad budget. Ultimately the goal is to grow our business with our existing customer niche's while also exploring potential new customer bases.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had two primary project managers that we dealt with on a more regular basis. The sales manager helped in pitching us and onboarding us. He was very honest and easy to communicate with.

We never had the impression that he was just trying to sell us (bait and switch) but was honestly interested in helping us solve a need. Our project/account manager helped us interface with the technical team and was always active when we had questions or concepts.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started to seeing positive results by the third month of our contract as effelle continued to hone and fine tune our campaigns.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

The team used Basecamp for day to day communications to keep everyone in the loop on any questions or concerns raised and as a place to keep people updated with any new information as necessary.

Apart from that we had a monthly conference call (as we are in different geographical locations) to go over the performance of the campaigns and review new plans. Their style is friendly, straight forward, and pragmatic. I appreciate their straight forward communication style and honesty.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Google AdWords is a highly technical exercise that is very mechanical. I appreciate effelles human touch to working with this type of information and I appreciate that they don't treat you like a number in corporate customer roster. They are personal and personable in their communication with you and honest.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of at this time.

The efelle creative team was highly organized, collaborative, and flexible throughout the process, prioritizing the client’s ideas and feedback in all of the work.
"“The value of their ability to deliver a high-quality product both on budget and on time cannot be understated.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

We are an early stage company that is making medical equipment.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with efelle creative?

Our team needed help with ground-up design work for our website and creative assets as we got the company up and running.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

The project started with the development of some original design concepts and a discussion of how to best relay our messaging through the design, colors, and graphics that we chose. From there, they also helped us with web development, hosting, and SEO, including both front- and backend and all of the features included such as CTAs, calculators, and other interactive pieces.

What is the team composition?

We had a project manager, a creative director, and about four other members of their team interacting directly with us, as well as several others who were responsible for the programming work behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with efelle creative?

They came up on a search that we ran because of Clutch, and we were impressed with their reviews and the previous experience they had so we decided to move forward from there.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $25,000–$30,000 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project probably ran from around August–December 2019.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We pay close attention to our Google Analytics suite to measure things like cart abandonment, stickiness, and other typical metrics that you want in a successful website. We’ve been very pleased with the results that we’ve seen as a result of their work for us.

We’ve received a lot of compliments about the design and usability of the site too, which we largely attribute to their willingness to collaborate on the entire project. They took all of our input and feedback and were easy to work with, while still being creative and providing their expertise where it was needed.

How did efelle creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Rebecca (Account Manager) is one of the best project managers I’ve worked with across any type of project I’ve ever been a part of. She really was exceptionally organized, proactive, and responsive to all of our messages and requests. We used Basecamp to keep track of the deliverables, and everything progressed almost seamlessly throughout the work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The value of their ability to deliver a high-quality product both on budget and on time cannot be understated. The process was flawless from start to finish.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I had a positive experience all around.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Take the time to make sure that you and the project manager are a good fit and will work well together. As long as you have that piece of the puzzle, you’re going to have a great experience.

**The Review** — Nov 30, 2018

**Feedback Summary**: Bounce rate, conversion rate, and sales all increased after the new website launched. efelle creative provided management tools to facilitate necessary progress updates. They displayed outstanding passion for their work, which translated into an effective solution that quickly paid for itself.
""These people love what they do and love helping their clients."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the marketing director of a boating accessory manufacturer. We manufacture and design wakeboard towers and accessories.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire efelle creative?

Our e-commerce website was difficult to update and crashed constantly, and our conversion rate was dropping, which hurt sales. We brought efelle creative on to design and develop a new e-commerce site with additional functionality.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to migrate several years of customization we’d done on our old site to a new platform, while also adding complex new features. This would enable us to showcase customers' boats by make, model, and product, and let people upload their own stories (that we could tag our products in). We also wanted to improve traffic through SEO and PPC and increase our conversion rates and average order value.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed six agencies from all over the country and were most impressed with efelle creative. They cost half as much as a New York agency we were considering and provided original ideas before we even started paying them. While other companies seemed to be satisfied with building us a standard, pretty website, efelle understood that we wanted a beautiful site that would also grow our business. They asked questions that no other agency thought of and looked at two years of business data before charging us anything. Two of the ideas they shared were so good we implemented them right away. In the end, they were the most qualified, energetic, and affordable.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

They began by distributing a survey to build our target persona and demographic models. Afterward, they laid out their process, and we discussed our expectations and timeline. Their web work involved developing a sitemap and content suggestions (since we opted to do our own copywriting). They also undertook significant competitor research, the insights from which we incorporated into our design, along with the survey answers. We then chose from multiple design styles and examples.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a project manager, a digital marketing strategist, a content director, an SEO resource, two designers, and two developers. The company has around 40 people, but we selected our team based on their experience and interests.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our sales were up 27% the first week the site launched. Our bounce rate dropped considerably and our conversion rate nearly doubled. The site paid for itself in under three months, partly because efelle developed ingenious product bundles. Customers can earn a larger discount while adding additional options to their products in real time. This has increased our average order value tremendously.

They also built an interactive image gallery to showcase our products, which has had a positive impact on our organic SEO around make and model terms. It’s also added a personal touch to the site and helped us connect with our customers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had weekly meetings, and I received online updates throughout the entire process. We used Basecamp to keep our team updated and share the visuals while they were being created. Also, they provided a development version of the site we could play with as it was being built.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Everything about this company is impressive, from the attention they gave us on the first call to the gift we received after launching the project. These people love what they do and love helping their clients. We’ve worked with two other agencies before and the difference between them and efelle creative is starker than night and day. We enjoyed them so much we hired them for two more projects.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

I can’t find a single thing to complain about.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team immediately impressed us with their knowledge. It was clear that they not only knew more about websites but also lead generation and our industry. They saw us as a long-term partner unlike everyone else who just wanted to build a website and walk away.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. In fact, they were ahead of schedule and offered the lowest price out of the five companies we originally requested proposals from.

We wanted to develop a new high-quality e-commerce website. We then wanted advice in implementing digital marketing strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

One of our leadership’s colleagues recommended efelle creative. We considered six different bids for the project and chose efelle creative after interviewing the team.

efelle creative audited the site and then presented their recommendation for a digital strategy. Next, they did a custom web design and built integrations for the e-commerce platform. Additional services included copywriting, messaging, and organic SEO.

What was the team composition?

We had a single point of contact. As a whole, the team included a strategist, a project manager, two designers, a developer, and a content director.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

efelle creative’s work had a huge impact on our business. SEO rankings exceeded expectations and the site paid for itself in three months. The added functionalities increased the average order value. As a result, we achieved repeat orders and recovered users’ abandoned shopping carts.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They had an effective approach. The team accommodated our holdups in a flexible manner. The project manager was able to resume paused work without interruption.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I have worked on three website projects with different companies and efelle creative is the most effective vendor I’ve worked with. They delivered an exceptional product at a great value—they weren’t even the most expensive company we solicited—in a limited timeframe. The team was top-notch and the project organization was stellar.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

I would love to see them offer in-house video production services. They referred us to an outside videographer for our video projects, but I would’ve preferred to have the entire project completed by one company.

My practice concept was very new in the dental industry and I needed to decide the best way to market my business.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to grow my business in an undefined space.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

efelle creative built the website for my previous business, a general dental practice. That website was gorgeous and effectively connected me to new patients.

Describe the project in detail.

I met with efelle creative’s design team to discuss direct-to-patient marketing and doctor referral-based marketing. During the meeting, I explained my ambivalence about which approach was best for the patients I wanted to target. We compared similar competitor websites and identified my taste in color schemes and website features. efelle creative then designed my website in a manner that would allow me to pivot once I chose my final marketing direction. The team also created my logo and showed me the new design in a Go-To meeting. They made a few minor changes and launched the site after I approved the final version.

**Feedback Summary**: efelle creative translated business goals into an innovative, engaging site while adhering to brand aesthetics. The team exhibited strong leadership, suggesting key features to better funnel prospective customers. Extensive collaboration and a personal approach contributed to a strong relationship.
"“They’re an innovative company that really captured the overall vision that we had.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the co-owner of Neko, a cat cafe. We have resident cats for which our goal is to find forever homes amongst our customers.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with efelle creative?

We hadn’t opened yet and wanted to build an online presence that would drive people to our site. We were looking for a partner to develop a website for us that would be flexible as we grew our business. We wanted a site that was tailored in look and feel and built on a platform with a user-friendly backend that would allow us to create new, branded pages easily. We needed the site to be able to make reservations online and capture leads.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

efelle creative built our site on their proprietary platform called Fusion CMS. We started with a kickoff meeting for us to share our overall branding direction with their designers and for them to give us different examples of the directions in which we could go. After that meeting, we went into the design phase. Once the designs were approved, they built it out. The whole process took between three and a half to four months from initial contact to site launch.

The site has our branding scheme built into it so that whenever we create a new page, it’s already reflected there. It has a functionality that integrates Instagram feeds with calls to action for booking a reservation that drives the user through a pipeline to the final click.

What is the team composition?

We worked with an account manager as well as with their CEO.

How did you come to work with efelle creative?

We looked at different kinds of companies that customize websites. We had a flexible budget but wanted to keep the cost as low as possible. We initially looked at the platform Squarespace but found it would be difficult to have our branding established on all the different pages and subpages. We looked at different sites of cat cafes around the US but they weren’t representative of the direction we wanted to go in. We wanted something more personal.

We found efelle creative when we searched a local Seattle creative site. We looked at their past work. We also chose them primarily because of their proprietary platform with an easy backend.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $22,000 on the website and plan to spend about $400 per month on SEO.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2017 and launched the site in early November 2017.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

People really enjoy our site. It’s easy to navigate and expresses a narrative that gets customers to that final conversion. efelle creative also pushed us in the direction of having cat profiles for different cats on the site and it’s a personal touch that customers love. They come into the cafe already having a relationship with the cats because they’ve read the bios and are excited. It makes adopting out the cats much easier.

How did efelle creative perform from a project management standpoint?

We met in person a few times, including at the kickoff and the launch. There was a lot of collaboration throughout the process. Our account manager orchestrated the schedule and timeline and really held our hands through it all.

We occasionally felt that there was input from too many people. The experience at the time was a bit overwhelming. In retrospect, that they brought in so many players allowed us to know how much they cared. The level of effort was remarkable.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best thing about the engagement was our relationship with their CEO. He really understood our goals and was able to translate that to the site. He started coming up with ideas without even knowing the industry. He suggested things – like the cat bios and a booking system – that we didn’t realize we needed. He was able to push the envelope and take us where we wanted to be with our web presence. He’s passionate about what he does and it resonates with his company.

They’re an innovative company that really captured the overall vision that we had. We were picky and stubborn about our branding guidelines and they worked with us. From the initial kickoff, they presented us with great designs right away. We developed an amazing relationship with them. To this day, they reach out to us and check in. They even come to the cafe. They’re constantly trying to take our site to the next level. They’re supportive of our business and that personal touch is really helpful. We’re expanding to a second location now and excited to work with them again.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were a lot of people that were really involved with the project. I think there could be a bit more clarity on who's taking lead. There’s so much collaboration between their team but sometimes it seemed like there were too many cooks in the kitchen.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was simple: to build a website that stood out and performed properly in terms of SEO and PPC.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

A person we met through Upwork recommended efelle creative.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Since our company is unique, we met with them to describe our business and industry. We came up with design ideas and they offered their suggestions.

Then we designed the home page. They gave us an image we could scroll through and look at. The process was simple, and they nailed it the first time. Later, we placed content into a spreadsheet. They designed more pages and helped us hone our PPC strategy.

There was still a lot of work to do after we launched the site. However, we can complete tasks like adding service areas and changing content. I love that I control our website. I don't enjoy computer work, but I like trying new marketing tactics and changing the way our site looks.

What was the team composition?

Our account manager led the team through the design process. Once we launched the site, she turned us over to a team member who helped us with PPC and SEO.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before we hired efelle creative, we spent $20,000-$30,000 on advertising each month. We didn't track that spending well, since about $20,000 went toward traditional print magazines. We've since stopped using those magazines in almost all our markets and cut our monthly advertising cost to $16,000-$18,000.

We haven't seen a dip in sales but have noted an increase in profitability. Our cost per lead has probably halved. The metrics on our PPC campaign are excellent, and far better than what we had achieved before.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our teams was good. Since we're a small business, we couldn't dedicate much time to this project. efelle creative gave us time when we needed it.

They always kept their appointments, responded to feedback, and took our issues seriously. Late on a Friday night, I noticed that our PPC wasn't running. They fixed it that night, not Monday or Tuesday when they got back to the office.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I most enjoyed watching the website come together and seeing how impressive it looks. There were no surprises in the final product because we communicated so much. They have a great team and system. We've tried multiple firms and feel extremely lucky to have found efelle creative. We've told literally everyone about them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I struggled to fill out the content spreadsheet, but I hate learning new computer tasks.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire efelle creative?

We hired efelle creative to re-design our website.

What were your goals for this project?

Our overarching objective was to modernize the site’s design and interface while maintaining our existing e-commerce backend.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

I conducted an extensive web search and emailed several companies I found through this process.

Describe the project in detail.

During our first meeting with efelle creative, we reviewed web designs we liked and highlighted features and functions our site needed to include. We met with developers to discuss how we could create a new interface that worked with our e-commerce solution. Our budget was insufficient for a full e-commerce redesign. The team presented us with design mock-ups. After selecting our favorite ones, we made our desired adjustments. We stayed connected with the team throughout the design phase, testing process, and launch.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a wonderful project manager, two designers, and a developer from efelle creative.

Immediately after the launch, our customers indicated that the new site is stunning and effortless to navigate. Internally, we’ve found the platform easy to update and maintain.

The staff at efelle creative is full of energy and very creative-minded. No matter what we threw their way, they handled the challenge well and solved it beyond our expectations.

We fell a little off the timeline.

We used efelle creative to design our initial website in 2013 and we’ve had them under contract for maintenance since then. We vetted several web development companies in Seattle and efelle was the most responsive and understanding of our needs.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

They upgraded our website and moved it to a new platform.

We worked with a project manager and a team of developers. The founder was also involved in the initial stages.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project took longer than expected, which is the case with all web development and IT projects, but the results are solid and meet our expectations. The founder himself worked weekends, in the beginning, to ensure that our relaunch was successful.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

efelle is a well-respected organization that creates a great product. They’re personable and enthusiastic about their clients.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

It can be frustrating at times to make what, from the client's perspective, appear to be simple changes, because of the layers of personnel on the team, but there’s a reason it's structured the way it is.

Please include a summary of key deliverables. They began with a deep-dive strategy session to understand our brand ethos and target clientele. The scope included a complete redesign and rebuild on a modern, robust platform. The key deliverables were: A custom-designed website with a sophisticated, clean aesthetic that reflects our brand of luxury and craftsmanship. A high-performance development approach, ensuring the site loads quickly despite being image and video-heavy. A comprehensive, easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS) that allows our non-technical marketing manager to update project galleries, add new finished homes, publish blog posts, and edit text without needing to call a developer. Specialized portfolio galleries with filtering capabilities (e.g., by style, location, square footage) so potential clients can easily find homes that resonate with their vision. Seamless integration of our existing contact forms and a backend that ensures leads are delivered instantly and reliably to our sales team.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? The new website has become our most effective sales tool. While we don't share specific conversion percentages, the quality of leads has dramatically improved. We now regularly receive inquiries that begin with, "I spent an hour on your website and I knew I had to call you." The load time is so fast that we've received unsolicited compliments on it, which is something you never hear about a website. Furthermore, our team updates the site weekly with new progress photos. The ease of the CMS has empowered us to keep our content fresh and engaging, which has significantly increased our repeat traffic and time spent on site.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs? They provided a clear timeline at the outset and hit every major milestone on schedule. Communication was proactive; we never had to chase them for updates. Their response to our needs was fantastic. For example, during the design phase, we felt the initial layout for the project gallery was a bit cluttered. We raised this on a Tuesday, and by Thursday morning, we had two new mockups to review that perfectly addressed our concern. They treated our feedback as a crucial part of the process, not an inconvenienceWhat was your primary form of communication with efelle creative?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company?hey didn't just hear "we need a fast website"; they understood that "fast" was critical to keeping an affluent, time-conscious client engaged. They pre-optimized every image and wrote clean code to ensure speed was baked in, not an afterthought. Furthermore, the training they provided on the CMS wasn't just a generic tutorial. They took the time to create a custom guide based on exactly how we would use it, which made our team confident and self-sufficient from day one. It felt like a true partnership. Are there any areas for improvement or something efelle creative could have done differently? This is a difficult question because the process was so smooth. If I were to offer one minor suggestion, it would be to provide even more examples of "best practices" for the content we upload ourselves early on. For instance, a quick cheat-sheet on ideal image dimensions and file sizes for the portfolio to ensure everything we add ourselves remains optimized for that incredible speed. That said, the efelle team has been incredibly responsive whenever we've had questions post-launch, so this was a very small item in an otherwise flawless experience. We are already discussing phase two with them.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**

Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs? The project was handled with ease and consideration for my hectic schedule.  Everything from the first concept mockups to the final launch was completed on schedule by Efelle.  They responded to my needs in an outstanding manner.  Once, late on a Tuesday night, I remember sending a frantic email to change the location of a call-to-action button that I believed was being overlooked.  By 10 AM the following day, my project manager had given me a personal call outlining the solution and a revised prototype.  I felt like they were my sole project. What was your primary form of communication with efelle creative?Virtual MeetingEmail or Messaging AppWhat did you find most impressive or unique about this company?efelle natural grasp of the particular requirements of a legal firm was what impressed me the most.  They thought like a legal client, not just a generic website designer.  For instance, they proactively recommended a special, noticeable area for client endorsements, understanding that social evidence is important when a person is selecting a lawyer.  This was a very useful strategic idea. Are there any areas for improvement or something efelle creative could have done differently?Finding a defect in the method is challenging.  A quick, easy "post-launch" guide a one-page cheat sheet on the top three things to change in the CMS and who to contact for what would be my one recommendation.  Even though they provided an excellent explanation, a brief reference sheet would have been helpful amid the chaos of establishing a new website.

## Portfolio & Awards

### It's Skinny eCommerce Website
It's Skinny (Pasta) went through a rebrand as they expanded their products beyond pasta, so they wanted a new eCommerce site that reflected that.  The site is built on BigCommerce, featuring bold colors, slick hover effects, and a very simple checkout process.

### National Nordic Museum Website
In 2018 the National Nordic Museum moved into an iconic new building, and they wanted a new website that was equally as stunning.  For this site, we focused on that clean, simple Scandinavian design, and really let the visuals speak for themselves.  We integrated 3rd party apps for an events calendar and ticket purchases, as well as eCommerce capabilities for their Gift Shop.  This site was built on FusionCMS.

### Louisiana Crawfish eCommerce
Louisiana Crawfish wanted an updated user experience, and a streamlined, scalable eCommerce capability.  We built this site on BigCommerce, and worked closely with 3rd Party plugins for complex shipping rules (who knew shipping live seafood across state lines could be such a hassle?!)  The end result is a beautiful, fun site that performs exceptionally well.

### Diono eCommerce Website
Diono came to us needing an improved site  to show how well the products worked - in functionality, safety, and aesthetic. Diono’s products are a combination of innovation in terms of how their products work, as well as how seriously they take children’s safety, so the website needed to highlight both. The final design strikes a balance between fun and safety while maintaining a serious tone by bringing in human touch and highlighting the care put into developing and creating their products.
The backend of the site was just as important as nailing the aesthetic of the website. When deciding on eCommerce engines, based on the robust needs and the benefits of a Saas platform, we recommended a build on BigCommerce, with FusionCMS to manage non-eCommerce content.
Through FusionCMS we were able to create a beautiful custom design, along with building a strong base of organic SEO.
On BigCommerce, we were able to do a number of different eCommerce customizations to make sure the shopping experience would fit exactly to Diono’s needs.

Swatch image customizations

Faceted search via custom fields

Image galleries switch out when swatch color is selected

Multiple payment options for all types of customers and devices

### Avara Construction
Designing and Developing a Brand-Building Website for a Construction Industry Leader
Considered one of the top construction companies in the region, Redmond-based Avara Construction is all about building client success stories. Whether it's an interior improvement project or a ground-up, full-scale development venture, they share their clients' and partners' goals of building something great together.
We knew at once our team was a strong fit to redesign Avara's website—after all, we share their values of innovative thinking and creating great work as a team.

### Ronix eCommerce Website
As a water sports company, Ronix really wanted their website to include movement and action. Our main goals included:

Adding hover features and movement to the pages to create an interactive experience
Create a site that stood out from competitors in their industry

Ronix has been a long-time client of efelle creative. We do redesigns for their site periodically and for this version, we used FusionCMS. It allowed for extremely customizable pages and even gave all the options for hover and movement that we wanted.
We also incorporated third-party scripts like 3Kit to have 3D displays of the products and TryInteract for a product quiz finder.

### OBI Seafoods
We love our seafood clients!  In fact, OBI Seafoods is a new site for a newly-formed merger between two of our existing clients- Ocean Beauty Seafoods, and Icicle Seafoods.  We wanted the site to feel like you're in Alaska, with its dark blue background and featured photography.  This site was built on our FusionCMS.

### Cordova eCommerce Website
Cordova Outdoors wanted a new website in order to increase revenue. They were especially focused on creating a better user experience for their website visitors. Their previous website lacked the ability to tell their brand story and differentiate them from their competitors.
We outlined the below goals for the website redesign:

Improve the user experience of their website so that it’s easier for guest to make purchases
Tell the Cordova story through design and copy on the site
Differentiate Cordova Outdoors from their competitors

For the Cordova Outdoors website, we used a combination of Fusion and BigCommerce. Fusion allows the client to easily update the content in their website to keep it fresh and seasonal, while BigCommerce allows the client to easily manage their products.
Our design team also included hand-drawn elements on the site to convey the outdoor feel and the story behind the brand.

### Kinona eCommerce
eCommerce Website Design and Development for New Ladies Golfwear Brand
KINONA founders Tami and Dianne started their business out of frustration with the women’s golf apparel industry—they didn’t see a reason why women’s golf wear had to be consistently unflattering and unstylish. They were tired of the basic polo/bermuda short uniform and struck out to do something about it.
They came to us in late 2017 looking for an ecommerce website that could launch their first ever line of attractive, funky, form-flattering women’s golf clothing. We were stoked to be a part of this project.

### John Buchan Custom Homes

Each and every home builder has a different process for their homes, and for Buchan Homes, every part of the process is done in-house, under one (well designed) roof. They needed a website that could do the same for them. As part of our fusionCMS system, we have a BuilderFusion Module that is custom made for homebuilder management in that it is SEO optimized as well as ease of use for both the builder updating homes and the user searching through them. Our system allows for storage in sections of communities, through different floor plans, and through pricing. ### Christensen O'Connor Johnson Kindness PLLC
Website Design and Development for Established Seattle Intellectual Property Law Firm
With over 88 years of experience in the intellectual property legal sphere, the lawyers at COJK have earned a solid reputation for excellent work. They approached us looking for a sophisticated website that could properly showcase the depth of their expertise and company history.
One goal of the homepage design was to immediately convey a sense of “innovation” to viewers—after all, innovation is one of the COJK team’s primary values. We opted for full-panel scrolling on the homepage which allowed us to deliver blocks of information to viewers in a modern, memorable way.
Our designers pulled in the pear green from the logo to act as an accent color throughout the site. This hue is offset beautifully with the professional gray tones used as background and link colors.
The Practice Areas homepage panel features attractive iconography that highlights the company’s specialties, while the Practice Areas overview page keeps things simple and highly navigable. Practice Area detail pages are intuitvely laid out and link off to relevant attorney detail pages.
Bold blocks of white space are used in the main navigation menu and throughout the site as content block backgrounds—this judicious use of white space makes text areas attractive, modern, and easy to read.

### 3 Howls Distillery
Local Feel, National Presence
Clean lines, a black-and-gold palette, and easy navigation make for a website you can really sink your teeth into.
Located in Seattle’s industrial SoDo neighborhood, the team at 3 Howls takes pride in staying true to their local roots as they expand nationwide. When they came to us looking for a website redesign, founder Will Maschmeier expressed the need to strike a balance between the local and national, leveraging the distillery’s unique Pacific Northwest roots while also appealing to a much larger audience.
In addition to dually communicating the distillery’s local feel and national presence, our design team prioritized showcasing the character of the product, the bottles, and the 3 Howls team. 3 Howls' new site design features a dark palette with gold accents to match the sleek and edgy feeling of the brand. The matte colors and abstract strokes give the site an arcane vibe that expertly avoids coming off as “too Halloween,” all while reflecting the sophistication of the brand.

### Alaska Zipline Adventures
There’s just no better way to experience Alaska than strapped to a harness traveling through the old growth forests feeling the mountain breeze on a zipline. With a passion for all things outdoors, Alaska Zipline Adventures is nestled in Alaska’s capital Juneau and run by a couple who are committed to creating a once in a lifetime experiences and everlasting memories of visitors' time in Alaska.
Alaska Zipline came to us with some beautiful imagery featuring Alaska’s landscape. Our designers were able to create a layout that utilized this imagery to characterize the brand and lead the visitor to the booking system. This website was built with our custom content management system that allows modules to be customized for whatever needs may be there. The Alaska Zipline site used the Service Fusion Module to display and explain the different packages that they offer as well as the ability to book right through the website. Our custom module allows for ease of use for both the visitor and Alaska Zipline. They are also able to maintain a blog, send out newsletters, and display their testimonials through their website.

They believe that great sign design is the first and most important step to a successful sign, and their experience in design and attention to customer needs allow them to create stunning signs that will attract the kind of attention every business wants.
Design Needs
For a company that stresses clean design and eye-pleasing aesthetics in their own projects, a stunning website is a must. Showcasing their past projects, as well as keeping an eye to what’s possible in the future were keys to this website redesign. Northwest also wanted ease-of-use with their site, allowing them to change images and content whenever they felt like the site needs a change. ### Taylor Shellfish Restaurant & eCommerce Website
eCommerce Website for a Premiere Seattle Shellfish Company
Taylor Shellfish Farms began generations ago with the current owner’s great great-grandfather discovering potential for quality shellfish to be cultivated in the Puget Sound. Today, the Taylor family remains committed to sourcing and selling quality seafood and are equally committed to their community, their employees, and the environment in which they work. Just as this business was passed down to them, they want to maintain the quality of the water and their work environment so the legacy can continue.
As a long-time client, Taylor Shellfish returned to efelle in 2017 with the goal of improving their website’s ecommerce experience. We decided to take our award-winning design for their site and upgrade their ecommerce platform to BigCommerce.
An efelle favorite, the TSF website opens on a calming masthead video that generates the feeling of floating serenely through the Puget Sound. Scrolling down, users immediately discover a “Shop Now” call to action followed by an invitation to “Come Visit Us.” Together, these calls to action meet the client’s objectives of marketing not only their online store, but their physical locations, as well. ### Kasala Furniture eCommerce Website
eCommerce Website Design & Development for Modern Home Furnishings Company
Kasala, a home furnishings company based out the Pacific Northwest, is brand new to the world of ecommerce. We were brought on board to design and develop online stores for both their main brand as well as their Outlet. In essence, we replicated each main site design and development item mentioned below for the Outlet, making some tweaks to the layout, font selection, and color story as needed. We also created spaces for Outlet-specific content, including its own dedicated blog and locations areas.
One of Kasala’s primary directives for our team when we first sat down with them was to not only design and develop their online stores, but to also help them showcase their brick-and-mortar locations—after all, they may have taken some of their operations digital but they continue to take pride in serving customers as well offline as they do online.
We were happy to accommodate this aim. By pairing the industry-leading ecommerce functionality of BigCommerce with the flexibility of our own content management system, FusionCMS, we were able to build the Kasala team a website that puts their products front and center while also making it easy for visitors to learn more about how to check out the goods in person.

To highlight BNBuilders’ roots and dominant presence in the PNW, our team's design opens on a full-screen homepage masthead image of downtown Seattle with a BNBuilders branded crane standing tall above the scene. Other masthead images throughout the site emphasize company culture shots and team photos—these not only grab the eye, they also convey the professionalism of the company and its entrepreneurial spirit.
The logo’s rich red functions as the primary accent color throughout the site and is used as a hover filter for imagery as well as to underscore calls to action. This helps create a sense of brand consistency when moving from page to page in addition to adding visual interest.

### Cool Hand Gear eCommerce Site
eCommerce Website Design and Development for Functional and Affordable Carry Gear
Before Cool Hand Gear approached us about designing and developing an ecommerce website for their team, they operated primarily in the B2B space as a supplier of well-priced “unique, stylish, and functional everyday carry gear” to a variety of companies. Through our partnership, they now have an edgy, on-brand ecommerce website that allows them to extend their operations into the B2C sphere.
As a company that’s been in the business for over two decades, it was important to carry the weight of CHG’s established brand into their new ecommerce venture.
Built on our own proprietary content management system, FusionCMS, our homepage design almost jumps off the page; using dark, full-width, high-resolution imagery as a masthead area backdrop, our design immediately establishes a foundation for communicating what Cool Hand Gear is all about. A sans-serif structured font gives the website a clean, industrial feel and pops off the page. By incorporating large font sizes and orange and red accent text colors throughout the site, we allow the copy to act as a highly informative sidekick to the scene-stealing product photos.
Eye-grabbing scroll animations are used throughout the website, infusing the design with a cutting-edge vibe that’s impossible to ignore. Animated hover effects and bursts of red punctuate call-to-action spaces, helping the CHG team convert users by enticing them to shop their products.

### Churchill’s Steakhouse Restaurant Website Redesign
Restaurant Website Redesign
Churchill’s Steakhouse has only been around since 2007, but in that time they have become one of the most notable steakhouses in the Pacific Northwest, serving the Spokane area. By launching a separate eCommerce website alongside a new landing page for their restaurant, Churchill’s is now selling online, allowing anyone in the U.S. to enjoy their renowned steaks.
The Churchill's team wanted an eCommerce site to sell steaks and a landing page for their restaurant located in Spokane, WA. They also wanted their new website to be professional and representative of the experience that Churchill's Steakhouse provides for their dine-in customers to cater to the high-end target market. Through stunning visuals and a clean design, Churchill's eCommerce site accomplishes these goals while also reflective of the steakhouse's atmosphere.
