We could not deal with the in-house sales development process. We just simply did not have the bandwidth. Salaria had a really good solution that involved massive cold calling, emailing and Linkedin campaigns that were very professional and not spammy.

We got a few quotes for similar services and I was blown away with the level of structure and organization that Salaria had. The only decision I really had to make was if it was a good investment in general. Once that was decided, choosing Salaria was an easy choice.

They do daily propsecting of the indsutries that we are targeting in the areas we want to work. They will build out a campaign to cold call up somewhere between 600-1000 calls a day with live people that are trained with my scripts and on my company. They are essentially representatives of my company. They also represent me on Linkedin and will reach out to people looking for my services. Once they find people that are interested, they will schedule a meeting in my personal zoom room and we have the meetings.

What was the team composition?

I believe that they have something like 15 people working on my project. I believe there are 10+ trained and skilled cold callers that can get past the gatekeeper. I have an account rep that is available whenever I have a question or comment and there are a couple people managing the cold callers and constantly adjusting and tweaking the messaging and scripts.

I've been sitting in front of CEOs and CFOs who I would've never been able to get in front of without this service.

It is barely noticeable. We have a check in meeting every two weeks. I am provided daily, weekly and monthly reports with detailed data analytics and status of the leads and who is being chased. Its very comprehensive.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Honestly, I have never heard them tell me 'no' to any of my requests. They are extremely accommodating because they work with so many different types of clients. Very versatile and flexible.
