I found EbizON Digital through a referral from a trusted family friend.

We’ve spent around $2,100–$2,200.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2025, and the engagement is ongoing. The website has just been launched, and EbizON Digital provides follow-up services if needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

EbizON Digital has helped me save time by not having to do the website myself. The quality of their work meets my expectations.

How did EbizON Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

EbizON Digital delivers work on time and within budget. We communicate through Basecamp and email. We’ve only struggled with communication due to our 12-hour time difference. Overall, we communicate well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

EbizON Digital is great at fulfilling requests, even if they’re minor tweaks. The team takes requests well and is great at the editing process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

EbizON Digital communicated with me in a way that assumes I know how to navigate Shopify, which I don’t. Getting the team to communicate with me as a beginner has been difficult. I’d like them to alter their communication and help someone who’s a beginner.
