They also updated several paid campaigns and fixed tracking issues that had been giving us unreliable reporting data. A big part of the engagement became improving how our content appears in newer AI-generated search experiences and recommendation-based search results, especially for informational searches tied to our niche.

After that, they worked on improving our local rankings, updating service pages, and helping us build better landing pages for paid traffic. One thing I liked is that they didn’t immediately try to push more ad spend. They focused first on fixing what wasn’t working. Over time, they also started helping us optimize content for newer AI-based search experiences, which honestly wasn’t something we had even considered before.
