I’m one of the directors of Brownhills Cars Limited, a cab company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hybrid Tech Sol?
We needed someone to help us with SEO. I had dealt with another company, but whenever I tried contacting them, I couldn’t get through to him which put me off.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had some SEO work done by their team. Their work extends to other fields, too, as they’ve done online marketing for us and have also looked after our database. They’ve been updating our system for our drivers as well as promoting the company name in the market. Our security is worked on by their team, too.
What is the team composition?
There are a couple of people I deal with at different times but mostly I have one main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Hybrid Tech Sol?
Once I was looking for another team, a friend recommended them to me. I checked their portfolio and it looked good. I decided to try them and have been with them since.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent between $500–$1,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our work started in November 2019, and it is currently ongoing. Whenever I require any other service, I always contact them, and they are pretty helpful.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They fulfilled all the requirements to put us in the market. We have never had any issues. I find them to be very helpful when it comes down to customer service.
Before the pandemic, we had an increased volume of 20%–25%. Since we started with them, I noticed that the work has increased and has had the most impact, which is exactly what I was looking for. We started seeing the results after 1–2 months, which is what they predicted. As long as they are there, I will probably be a long-term customer.
How did Hybrid Tech Sol perform from a project management standpoint?
They send me what they have done. They are always chasing me instead of me needing to ask them for things. To improve our services, they’re always asking what else they can do to help. They are honestly pretty spot-on. They’re very polite and whenever I need something they are there.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I am really impressed with their customer service and how helpful they are. Sometimes when working with a company, it’s hard to get in contact with someone after you sign a contract but that’s not the case. With Hybrid Tech Sol, whenever I’ve needed to speak to Fahad (CEO) he has always been there, even at unsociable hours.
They are decent people and I have been with them for a while now and have gotten to know them. The main thing is that whatever they promise, they deliver, which is crucial to me. For example, I gave them a deadline that I needed something by the latest. They got it done several days early, which helped a lot because it was near Christmas, which is a busy time for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
As a customer, we are always looking for cheaper prices, but apart from that, I don’t think there is anything at all for them to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Whatever you want from them, they will do it for you.
