We wanted to gather health status of our visitors Arogya sethu app by capturing information through QR code and creating a dashboard to alert the clients on any positve cases

We had seen their earlier work with some of our known companies and found them to be very good. Then, we pitched them the requirement and they came up with the best solution.
Describe the project in detail.
Once we selected the vendor they came up with the Requirement Specifications and we finalized on the same. Later they came up with the wire diagrams to finalize the UI and they submitted the app for prototype testing and after completion and final testing the app was submitted

We have installed the solution with many client now , Codenia has been very flexible to make the changes needed as per client and getting the reports

Project Manager was very clear with the requirements , made the documents very clear , used the gantt charts and we knew when were overshooting the timelines and they took the feedback very positively and ensured that the changes were made after proper discussion and they gave their feedbacks on what could happen if the changes were made

They have a very good knowledge on Android apps
Are there any areas for improvement?
May be a bit more emphasis on documentation , since the product is not a big project we could accept this.

I was looking for someone to build a website for me as well as help with an internet presence.

Codenia Technologies LLP designed and developed my WordPress website. They’re also performing internet marketing services for me.
In India, lawyers are prohibited from doing the marketing themselves. We do marketing by putting out articles in various forums, including websites.
What is the team composition?
I believe three or four people were involved in the project.
How did you come to work with Codenia Technologies LLP?
I was looking for someone who was cost-efficient, as well as someone who could understand my needs and help me achieve those needs. I had been talking to a lot of SEO and website experts, but I realized that all of them were looking to make money and couldn’t resolve my issues.
Codenia Technologies LLP understood my needs, and we had session after session where they shared their ideas and views, and we agreed to go ahead with it. They were very persuasive, and they understood what I was looking for.

I’ve already spent around $5,000–$10,000.

I am pretty happy, and I’m going to continue working with Codenia Technologies LLP. I plan on starting a YouTube channel soon, and I’m in talks with them regarding that as well. We are just finalizing things for the channel.

Whenever I sent them an email or message about an issue, they are pretty quick to address and resolve it as soon as possible.

I’m most impressed with their client satisfaction. They kept sharing their ideas and thoughts, and they kept working on it until I was satisfied.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Every profession and business has its own needs, so they could maybe put some time towards understanding what the needs are of certain professions. I explained things to them, and they understood. But as a client, one would like to have that in the first meeting.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It would be good to put everything on the table, whatever your needs are so that their team can understand your requirements and give you the best.
Conversations are very important. If I’m able to convey what I need to them, they will be able to deliver what I need.
