Flexing up and down with front end developer resource as required, with a dedicated Project Manager to escalate when required. However kept the same front end dev on throughout which enabled continuity and knowledge

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Much improved mobile and desktop experience with an increase in traffic and leads immediately

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very easy to communicate with, with a dedicated daily standup time. The dev resource was good at uncovering issues and troubleshooting issues that were not immediately apparent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Very easy to work with, they took instruction clearly and scaled up resources when required.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Sometimes communication across webex was a little noisy but this improved when pointed out. Cannot think of much else.

I wanted my blog to be redesigned to look more modern, and I wanted it to have ad units that I could manipulate through the backend.

I believe that I searched for Wordpress development on Google, and they showed up. They had many outstanding, credible testimonials, so selected them. I considered roughly 5 companies, and I was the sole person who made the decision to hire them.

I wanted one of my blogs to be redesigned to look more modern, and I wanted it to have ad units that I could manipulate through the backend. I also wanted Capital Numbers to install the blog for me and set it up. They provided all these services, and the custom design that they created really popped. The only guidelines I provided was a list of items that I wanted.

What was the team composition?

The team was composed of three people, I believe. A project manager and two people completing the work. The size of the remained the same through the duration of the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The blog has seen a traffic upswing, and many people have complimented the design.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The team met every deadline was very responsive. We communicated mainly through an internal system that this company built. This kept things much more organized that communicating through email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The fact that I had direct access to not only the project manager but the other team members was very impressive. This isn't always the case in my experience.

I cannot think of anything that could be improved.

I spoke to Dibakar (Account Manager, Capital Numbers), who asked a lot of detail-oriented questions. Then I began engaging with their development team, who clarified what we needed beforehand.

For our client, we needed custom code on a WordPress platform — the required code needed to alphabetize an art website. Because of how the information was previously entered, regular alphabetization wouldn’t work. It was a complex project.

I found Capital Numbers through a Google search. I browsed their website to see their previous work. Since I don’t work with contractors often, I was pretty careful in my search. After viewing their portfolio, I gave their team a call.

We worked with Capital Numbers in November 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project didn’t take long at all, and we’re pretty pleased with their work. We had a complex task, and their team found the answer at a reasonable cost. Our client was happy to have the issue resolved, only relaying positive feedback.

How did Capital Numbers perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team is very lovely and attentive. Dibakar was extremely friendly and focused, taking a lot of notes initially. Except for that first call, we communicated primarily through email. The team at Capital Numbers was on time, keeping up a good schedule.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attention to detail stands out. I always got the sense that they were listening before jumping in and assuming that they knew everything. The way their team double checks everything is excellent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so. It all went pretty smooth.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have all of your thoughts together. I made screenshots to show what I wanted everything to look like. Their team looks for a good plan upfront. Whether you’re adding visuals and details, make sure they understand your project and what your outcome should be.

Working with Capital Numbers has enabled us to have confidence in a development partner who is very cost-effective. This allows us to take on more complicated projects which we otherwise would have stayed away from and make money as a business by offering addtional services

Project Management was superb. Utilising CN project management tool has been great, keeping everything in one place and allowing us to communicate without lost dialogue. The PM was introduced from the first contact with the sales person once i confirmed the project and have been working with them since. Each new enquiry goes through the PM and comes back to me for sign off before proceeding with relevant team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Capital Numbers is very easy to deal with, quick, and cost-effective. They have all the required skills to achieve exactly what is asked and are able to explain in detail what they are going to do through very detailed scope of works.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Obviosuly time zones are a slight hinderance but I haven't seen this as a massive problem and generally when I request a task it is completed by the next working day.

To develop a new suite of marketing collateral with a consistent and eye-catching brand message. This material was designed to communicate our message to our Clients more effectively.

How did you select this vendor?

This vendor was recommended to us by a peer who uses this company for other work. We reviewed three other options but decided on this company based on the strong recommendation and the professional impression we got from our initial dealings with the company.

Describe the project in detail.

The project included developing a new look for Natur House marketing material. We worked closely to perfect one item, our leaflet and from here we grew all the further material which included posters, meal plans, customer infographics, social media graphics, google search and facebook ad graphics along with product explainers and self-edge strips to allow people to purchase our product confidently off the shelf. The designer really understood our brand and ensured that all material designed was brand consistent.

What was the team composition?

I worked very closely with the assigned designer. For the duration of the project, he worked solely with Natur House which kept things running smoothly and helped to avoid delays. The designer's manager was also in the loop but at not stage needed to intervene. Along with this the head of the company continuously checked in to ensure that we were happy with the progress.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My designer exceeded expectations. We got through all the material we had set out in the brief. Errors were amended efficiently and quickly which meant to project kept moving at a good pace. Great communication helped this also. My team love the new look and was very impressed with the suite of material produced.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was efficient. I worried about the time difference considering we were working from different countries. This did not present an issue. We used Skype for quick and efficient communication and Teamwork was used to manage all files. This program was new to me but it really helped to avoid draft file confusions particularly when working with several versions. My designer constantly updated me which kept the workflow efficient.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Everyone I have dealt with from the company has been extremely courteous and professional. The team took time to understand our brief in full, asked lots of questions and got to know us before kicking off the project. This made a real difference. The designer really understood our brand and the work he completed is excellent. We are so happy with our new look. Any issues (very few) were dealt with promptly and were completely resolved with no issue.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Honestly, no. I am happy with every aspect of the service and will continue to use Capital Numbers for this purpose. I have since hired the same designer for two further briefs and will continue to work with him.

We provided Capital Numbers with the source code and all relevant documentation, but the platform that the other company created was not even worth using, so they rewrote our code from the ground up. They rebuilt the app for Android and iOS and coded it in Ionic.

We are generating business value faster and meet the stakeholder demands quicker.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We managed projects internally. All tasks are placed on the job board with detailed description of what needs to be done. We work with feature branches on GIT and this helps us track the features' code with the task. We work together using our enterprise collaboration software (messages, screen share, calls etc) and never found issues.

When we need to find resources, CN helped us immediately. Although there is a timezone difference of 4.5hrs, the team worked close to our timezone to make sure the time difference does not effect our work efficiency.

I compared four different vendors and selected Capital Numbers based on price and positive reviews from previous clients.

Capital Numbers created a web interface for our Take A Test module. Essentially, the user would log in and be provided a list of tests that had been assigned for them to take. When a test is selected from this list, a randomly generated number of questions (based on the Test Topic setup from the desktop version) would be presented, either multiple choice or true/false (based on how those questions were setup in the desktop version). After all the questions were answered, the test is scored and assigned a Pass or Fail. An email would then be sent out to the proctor who assigned the test.

We had a single point of contact who directed his team to complete the project as needed.

We are still going through the testing phase, but I must say that any issues that have arisen have been fixed promptly.
