They use a very intuitive project management system that gives you full oversight over the progress of tasks, time taken, communications with the developers etc. to make the whole process transparent.

Pay careful attention to detail on the project description so that we don't have to revert back for time-consuming revisions.

i ve searched in the internet and compared the website development pages in india. CN was very competent and delivered high quality, moreover the performance ratio was better than other companies. They were care caring and friendly and i felt well to work with them

we had good communication via skype and whatsapp. in a kickoff meeting ive told them what i want and regurlarly we spoke together. in a kanban board i could follow the tasks which were planned, in work and done.

Capital Numbers was hired to make a custom website that will incorporate all of the functions and features we had to provide as a business and doing it with the correct design.

We searched online for web development vendors and after diving deep into a couple of them, we liked capital numbers the most.

We had a kickoff meeting, where we submitted some design ideas and what the pages should look like, the developers then made the designs that went perfectly with what we had in mind.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re developing a small website based on where a person is located geographically, and our platform is fairly similar to Yelp. I’m running our company’s PR and I also work as a project manager.

What challenge were you trying to address with Capital Numbers?

We were working in WP Engine and we were trying to figure out how to connect the payment that our users make on our website to certain administrative positions or permissions. If we would be able to do that, we could allow our users to utilize our platform without giving them complete backend admin access. Overall, we weren't sure how to connect the money coming into the website to the things that we needed the website to do.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We only had the framework for our website when Capital Numbers came in. The main problem they encountered was building our user account system that would function the way we wanted it to function. The team already completed our first project, but we still have a couple of other projects for them.

What is the team composition?

We spoke to five people from Capital Numbers, but we ended up having three dedicated people assigned to our projects — two developers and one person in charge of logistics.

How did you come to work with Capital Numbers?

We researched different teams on Google because we didn’t want to deal with a single freelance developer. As a result, we searched for a professional team that could offer us affordable services. When we saw Capital Numbers, they seemed like they were a good fit.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent over $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September–October 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Capital Numbers solved our core problem, and the user account system was well-integrated into our site. We didn’t go public yet, but internally, everybody enjoyed using what the team had developed.  Overall, we were completely satisfied with what they did.

How did Capital Numbers perform from a project management standpoint?

Our partnership had been pretty seamless. They did everything without overwriting anything else that we completed on our side. We used Teamwork as our project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team was very professional in how they dealt with our project’s issues. Everything was put together — almost like a military operation. We appreciated that they made it very clear from the get-go that they wanted to get all of the information they could have from us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Capital Numbers worked with some pretty big companies. As a result, their onboarding and preparation stages were extremely thorough. I knew why they needed to do that — they didn’t want to start working unless they were completely sure about what they needed to do. By doing so, they wouldn’t have to do double work. 

However, even though I was aware of why they were doing it, I still hope they could streamline their onboarding and preparation process. Despite everything, Capital Numbers was very quick and efficient when they finally started doing their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that you understand what needs to happen with the project instead of being very vague about it. If you understand what needs to be done, but you don’t know how to do it, Capital Numbers is capable of understanding and achieving your goals.
