Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The team supported the build of a new program and built the backend email marketing workflows for me as well as slide presentations in Canva. They also created an amazing sales page in my Wordpress website. They have taken care that I'm supported in all areas of the process and understand the work they have done.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was able to launch confidently because all the backend systems were set up. My slides worked a treat and the brand looked cohesive and professional.

They responded with positivity to my needs and always kept me deadlines in mine. They regualry kept me up to date with the progress of the tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The diversity of skill set. The OBM is really good at understanding my business and I love that she openly gives me ideas. I feel she is invested in my business success and she feels like part of my team. The VAs blow me away with their design skills and ability to pick up the gaps in my ideas for what to write in a PDF. I know I can rely on them to improve my drafts. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Busy Made Simple could have done differently?

Just keeping you updated with how your retainer is going, but they are doing that now

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Busy Made Simple worked with me on a successful grant submission, answering targeted questions about my business as it related to specific grant guidelines.

They have also worked on an online product offering that will allow me to diversify my business, including breaking down an existing book into more digestible chunks, creating forms and content to allow for marketing discrete products that will eventually form part of a larger course, and developing and implementing a social media strategy to push that course out into the market.  

But the initial project, and where I have found them most valauable, was to crreate some systenms within my business so that I can more easily manage my workload.  As part of that systemisation, this year we worked on goal setting and task development form those goals to keep me more focussed on what I want to achieve, and this has been a game changer for me.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I now have the beginnings of an online product suite that will continue to grow over the coming 2 years, and a social media and long form content strategy to support those products.  

I have a set of goals that are well defined and with a clear path to achieving them, which I work on each week with my OBM.

And I feel incredibly supported in my business, which is very important as a small business operator.

They have always delivered, and kept me updated with progress.  We share a PM system that allows for complete visibility.

And they are so in tune with my business needs - even when I'm scattered, indecisive and do a complete 180 on what I have been doing - they are wonderful at working with me to find out what it is I actually need and want to achieve.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I love working with BMS.  They have been amazing at figuring out how to make things work in a way that suits me, instead of trying to make me fit into a "best practice" way of doing things - it's a completely tailored service.  They are flexible, nimble, supportive and proactive.  My OBM, Carmen, is an absolute legend and I would be lost without her.  One of the things I value most is that she takes everything I throw at her and then figures out how to action it with the team behind her, so if I need graphic design - she briefs and manages them.  If I need grant writing, she briefs and manages that person, and so on for whatever other specialist skill I need.  I only have to talk her through what I need instead of having to find all these idividual specialists and then brief and manage them myself.  And she ia whizz at AI and has been helping me get my head around that can benefit my business as well.  I can't say enough good things about her!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Busy Made Simple could have done differently?

Not a thing - I love them!

REally good range of skills, very effectiely supprted my. Have gon eway above in terms of systems and process development. They're a really great, supportive team.

Regular communication of what tasks are being done and how much that is costing to ensure we keep with in budgets
