I am COO of a personal healthcare brand based out of Florida. We are a direct to consumer brand.

Our website needed to be redesigned to optimize for conversion. Our current web dev team was priced high and slow to respond.

Referral from a colleague. Deciding factors included a great reference from a friend, price, response time, outcome.

We had a few discovery calls on what we wanted to do to optimize our site for conversion, increase our subscriptions, and make the user experience more pleasant. They sent us drafts to review each page, noted our suggestions, and implemented them.

We work with about 4 people, a project lead, a designer, and 2 other web developers.

Much more user friendly, positive feedback from our peers in the industry.

Workflow through ClickUp and Slack is working well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They've shown quickness in response time, and their ability to work on weekends is notable in the workflow. a team of developers, so if someone is out, someone else picks up the slack and the project moves forward.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind.

BrainX maintains our website and tech stack, while building custom software and features vital to increasing our KPIs (LTV, AOV, CVR among others).

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We've used several tech teams in the past and this team is by far the best and most flexible!

We had a kickoff meeting and work on a project-by-project basis via basecamp.

A project manager and 2 developers.

Our AOV and CVR rose 20% and 30%, respectively YOY.

We hired Soban to work on different legacy and greenfield Rails applications.

We looked on various job forms, and picked a few candidates. When interviewing, we were looking for expertise, competitive cost, and cultural fit.

We worked on a weekly sprint basis, defining project requirements as we went.

We worked with Soban, who was working as a front-end developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

While metrics on the greenfield project are not yet available, I can share that the most easily measurable change for us internally was development speed. Soban helped us do in two days what would usually take a week!

Soban was a joy to work with. He works diligently, consistently, and expertly to deliver what is required.
