We needed to develop our mobile application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

When I initially reached out to Brainvire Infotech Inc, the team put together a quote and scope of work based on the designs and feedback I provided. The team then worked with me to refine the scope of work, and this process was led by teammates from Brainvire Infotech Inc's sales department. The team has assigned me a project lead to work with through the app's development process. 

Brainvire Infotech Inc's hasn't built the app from scratch, and the team leverages Swift, Xcode, and Firebase technologies. The team is developing an app that allows users to scan a room by hitting a record button to get a real-time 3D model using Apple's ARKit. The app also includes tutorial pages and forms for user management. 

Brainvire Infotech Inc has also worked on a feature that allows users to upload information, including the 3D model, to the web. The integrated API essentially uploads users' information and sends it back in sharable URLs.

We work with 2–3 developers, a team lead, an administrative teammate, and two sales managers.

Our main challenge was having our own ERP system. Before working with Brainvire, we tried 2–3 solutions with other companies. We used QuickBooks for some time and then tried Microsoft Dynamics. We also tried a local software called Focus. Through this process, we found that having an ERP system was expensive, and we hadn’t been able to go through a development process until we hired Brainvire.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brainvire has implemented Odoo ERP for our company. Although we’ve mostly used standard modules, they’ve also made some customization, including a feature that has required pure development work.

Initially, we provided Brainvire with a document detailing the previous companies with whom we worked and what our requirements were. Their business analyst was on that initial call with us, so they worked with our input to plan a solution.

We worked with 2–3 teammates from Brainvire, including the project manager, the business analyst, and a programmer.

We found them through online research. We had suffered a lot with our previous partner, who had actually come to us as a recommendation. This time, we decided to do our own research. When we found Brainvire, we found they were very good, and their pricing was affordable.

Brainvire has created a solution for managing our DNA lab perfectly, creating an excellent online payment integration as well. Moving forward, we’ll give them more responsibilities. Overall, their work has met our expectations, and they’re very professional.

Brainvire delivers within budget and, sometimes, ahead of schedule. They’re also capable of working on last-minute requirements.

I would like to give a shoutout to Brainvire’s project manager, who is excellent. He’s supportive, has good work ethic, and is committed to his work. I would also like to congratulate their business analyst, who’s also very good.

There’s nothing Brainvire could improve on. Although the development process took some time, the delay was partly caused on our end. Overall, they’re very good.
