Our business is growing rapidly as a result, the key IT system also needed to be upgraded. Studio Software helped us identify our needs, identified all the processes in the new system, possible improvements, and implemented a prototype of our new application.

There were at least a few, most importantly everything was delivered on time. As for the main components, they identified risk register, map of all processes, planned and implemented architecture, prototype of the application.

There was a project manager assigned to my project from the beginning, who admittedly was the main point of contact, but contact was maintained throughout the project with the entire team which suited me very well. We used tools such as JIRA, Miro, Google Meet, Figma, Slack to run the project. All tasks were delivered on time, and I felt adequately informed about everything throughout.

There is always room for improvement. In some cases, I felt I had to work hard to get the domain knowledge of my business right, but I think that's understandable and typical for this type of project.
