I'm the CEO of OpenTeleHealth — a certified medical web portal that allows doctors to monitor chronic patients out of hospitals. Patients get instructions, regularly measure health vitals, and send them to professionals. The Danish government supported our remote health management project in 2015. Since then, it has been used internationally.

We planned to find new leads in local markets (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and outside Europe. Belkins was supposed to prepare two campaigns in German and English and schedule appointments with interested leads.

We started from Clutch and saw Belkins. We checked their healthcare-related cases and tens of video testimonials. Their approach and results were appealing, so we contracted the Belkins team.

Our team met highly-qualified leads that almost always turned into great opportunities.

We communicated directly with our manager, but I know a whole team was behind this project. Deliverability specialists, lead researchers, copywriters, and sales development reps did their job excellently.

Belkins outreach campaigns were highly successful. They resulted in nearly a 75% open rate and a fantastic 36% reply rate. Our top-notch product, Belkins professional promotion, and post-Covid times worked in synergy

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We selected them because we liked the reviews online and the interview we had with the sales manager describing how the project would be run, what we would get out of it and costs.

After providing them with ideal customer profiles, content and all marketing material we had, we reviewed email templates and then they did the research to find the right leads and convert to 30 minute calls. After the calls were scheduled it was our opportunity to qualify the leads and host a discovery call.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We probably had 2-4 people that we worked with during our 6 month project but 2 main people that we spoke with on a weekly basis.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They were able to schedule 35-40 calls for us over a 6 month period, all new organizations to our company. Many of the leads were great connections, some were not. Now it's up to us to stay on the leads and convert some of these to wins.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Belkins' workflow was great. We had weekly review meetings and talked in between to address any questions.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their content email templates were creative and there ability to convert to a call was great! It would have taken as a much longer time to get that many calls scheduled and would have been a frustrating project.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I would like to see a bit more collaboration on ideas for the email campaigns and what they would suggest to obtain even better qualified leads from the onset but overall it was a great experience and we got out of it what we expected and more!
