Bay Business Group provided bookkeeping services on a monthly basis for almost 10 years, including payroll processing, as well as monthly and quarterly and year-end reporting requirements.

BBG was very prompt and responsive to all our inquiries.  If our primary bookkeeper did not know the answer, they elevated to those that did have the answers.  They were very professional and I felt like they were invested in our success as a company.  We grew considerably over the years and BBG was a key partner in that growth.

All of our contacts from Bay Business Group were kind, professional, and knowledgeable.  They work well as a team, and it felt like the whole BBG team was working for us.  If our primary contact was unavailable, another team member filled in seamlessly.  

On several occasions, we had complex transactions, that they quickly and easily handled. There was always someone at their office who knew the best way to handle it.

They were good at listening to our needs and questions, and providing quick responses.

We use this service because it is absolutely necessary that our back office has the necessary tools to be able to carry out its work and be up to the demands of the client in the use of applications, tablets, Internet, etc. It's fundamental. These systems make the work more precise, instantaneous, and efficient and, therefore, of higher quality.

Their service takes care of verification of order control, documentation, resolution of incidents, and tracking through calls and email customers who have contracted the services offered by the company. It also provides recovery and verification of data and subsequent enhancement, increased efficiency by improving service procedures, and simplification of tasks. There is better fluency of communication between the departments, which leads to greater clarity in the distribution of tasks.
