I was the owner of an e-commerce company. We did both B2C & B2B sales.

We hired Baniwal Infotech team to design & develop an advanced e-commerce with a WordPress blog. It was the first version of the website.

We shortlisted a few web developers internationally. After interviewing all of them, we chose Baniwal based on their skillset, reviews, and kindness.

Initial steps were all placed in word documents. They made themselves available around the clock with consistent two-way communication to ensure all deliverables were clear.

A PM was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were others behind the scene.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Clients loved our website design and user experience. Many of them asked who developed our website, in order to contact them and update their own sites.

Daily Standups with the PM, who then communicated with the rest of the team. We used Skype, Trello & GitHub to coordinate.
