Baltic Assist convinced us with their service from the very beginning and we are working with them since some years and will continue also in future.

We asked for a educated chemical/ biotechnological business developer. They started the HR process and presented excellent candidates. We decided which on, and than the new BD developer started as a virtual employee for us.

I had one main speaking partner, and in total it was about 3-4. Anyway all were total dedicated, friendly and helpful

We start an own entity in Lithuania and we will take over the virtual employee as an own one. Also we will ask soon for further services.

They were excellent in all stages of the partnership.

BA took all our tasks in a super professional way, friendly, dedicated and always helpful.

Due to a large number of stores we have a complex Accounts Payable. We need accurate and reliable members in our team and this is what Baltic Assist provides. It contains bookkeeping, scanning service etc.

We received high recommendation from one of Baltic Assist clients, and after meeting Baltic Assist we felt comfortable to give them this task.

We started to discuss our goals and expectations. They work daily with our large amount of invoices.

We have 2 accountants (with Teamlead) and 4 data analyst (with Teamlead).

Every month end they have met their dead lines and we can close our books smoothly.

We have meetings every second week where we bring up what needs to be done, issues etc. For more urgent issues we have daily contact with the team.

We are impressed by their commitment and problem-solving skills.

It is important with frequent feedback if there are any questions and issues, this can sometimes take a bit of time before we receive the information.

They communicate very fluently. The handover is very smooth.

The follow up of the operations responsible, very costumer centric and of course the professionalism of the person working with us

I would say everything works very well, only thing that it is improbable is the invoicing follow up. From time to time it requires some follow up due to the automatic system they have sending reminders
