Create/update APIs, and support connections with front end code
Manage workload via scrum board and daily standups (mandatory to task out user stories with hours, submit completed work for QA, resolve bugs, daily code check-ins), meet sprint goals or flag risks
Collaborate on documentation of APIs in Swagger

3 employees from the vendor side, 5 internal employees. Size of the team varied slightly over time.

Not at this time, the project is still ongoing.
