There have been several phases to our work with them. One challenge is that there are several similar websites available in our industry. We needed a system to efficiently take and fetch latest information in the market with easy to use interface. From there, were quickly merged into building out our website further. In doing so, we added more features and enhanced the features we already had on our old website. In terms of technologies, it’s a Wordpress based website with beautiful interactivity on screen.

It has started getting many clicks and through software we can observe the pattern of the clicks and where majority users are spending time.

It was comfortable working. They were sorted and knew what to ask for more clarity. There was a slight delay in delivery but the project manager was transparent and continuously provided updates on the project flow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their perfection, agility and extra efforts for delivering good work were appreciated.

Well, my project was not that big, so I didn’t face any challenge to be mentioned.

The website that we had was incredibly out of date. Not only did we want a website that looked modern, but we needed new functionalities that the old website didn't have.

We started with an RFP, which outlined our needs for a plan builder, mobile-friendliness, and the need for cities to change depending on what area the customer was viewing it from. They confirmed that they could do all of those things and outlined a template for us that we could review as a team and adjust as we went along. It was excellent.

When I initially sent out an RFP, I literally had hundreds of people that had varying levels of price and experience. I was overwhelmed until I had received their proposal which had stood out far beyond anyone else's. It was very clear and it was so well organized I could tell that they had experience doing this before.

We began working together in September 2018, and we wrapped up in November 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our team was really happy with the updated site. I had done a lot of the visuals, including the graphic design, and they made sure the designs looked the way we wanted but also functioned properly.

How did Auxesis Infotech Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a few Skype calls in the beginning, and as it went along, they set up spreadsheets that had items that needed to be done, whose responsible for them, and I was able to control when something needed changes. Everything was color-coded so we could easily tell what tasks had been finished and what needed to be done. I was really glad they did all that for me. Usually in projects, I'm the one that has to initiate that kind of tracking.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their professionalism stands out to me. Throughout the entire time, the way they communicated with me, delivered projects, and performed follow-ups felt very professional. It was really reassuring when you have a lot on the line and need to get things done by the deadlines. I knew I could trust them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don't think so. A lot of the challenges that came up were on our side. For example, if we asked for something and suddenly changed our minds about it, it put us behind schedule. It was never really on them; they were really perfect.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be clear at the beginning of what you need from the project because developers aren't minded readers. Giving them a clear request is always best.

It shall be good to share the facts and data soon. I am expecting my website to go live by next month and hopefully it will generate traffic and analytics to demonstrate the success of the website.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The team has had experience in handling both communication and work in a uniform balance. They actively provide status updates and deliver work within the prescribed time and budget. Few elaborative calls were needed to make them understand the features.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I mainly dealt with two people during the project, Aritra and Jatin. They both were responsive and professional and were always there to highlight any flaws in the scope or in my plans while planning the features.

Are there any areas for improvement?

During my project tenure, the only difficulty I faced was during the mockup creation as it involved an understanding of all the team members on the project scope. But Jatin’s involvement in the requirement collection was very helpful.

We managed the project with Trello. I got regular work updates and calls when necessary.

They had their own impressive methods of pleasing a client. They didn't work like robots. Instead, they came up with their own suggestions, even if they increased the work slightly. They're available almost around the clock, even after working hours, for quick queries or discussions.

They should assign a developer for time zones other than IST.

While the software is still under development, we’ve run some tests and everything is progressing nicely so far. We had about 5,000 users register in less than a week, and even though we had some issues with email and server crashes, Auxesis dealt with them in a professional and speedy manner. This is what beta testing is all about.

The project manager was part of the team from the start. They’ve been very effective in ensuring smooth progress.

Their dedication and willingness to work deep into the night, and even on weekends, to solve issues are remarkable.

It would be beneficial if all the developers were fluent in English. That way there would be no spelling mistakes on the frontend.

Aritra has been available even late in the evening. Urgent changes could have been communicated and implemented even if the project was already finished.

Right now, I am really happy with our collaboration. I did not see any reason for criticism.
