EN-POWER GROUP hired Agency Partner Interactive to do a complete website overhaul. We needed to bring our website experience and design into the 21st century, with a new and improved navigation, content, and SEO. This required an assessment of our current site, as well as the design, development, and quality assurance for the new product.

The team at Agency Partner Interactive was incredibly responsive right from the start, with weekly status updates and recaps sent via email. They also made themselves available for video calls to go over questions almost immediately, and were accessible via Teams chat as well. If I were ever unsure of the direction we were headed in, they would talk me through the options and work with me to ensure my vision was met with lots of trial and error visuals until I was satisfied. If there were ever a delay in our progress, it was communicated well in advance and ultimately did not impact our overall launch date.

Honestly, all in all, I think they did a fantastic job, and I don't think anything needed to be changed or done differently, as the final product speaks for itself.

Agency Partner Interactive was responsible for the end-to-end design and development of the Platinum Press Inc. website.  Additionally, they integrated a user-friendly content management system, allowing our internal team to easily manage and update content. The team ensured speed optimization, foundational SEO setup, and performed quality assurance testing across browsers and devices to deliver a seamless user experience. The final deliverables included a fully functional website, a consistent design system, and content management capabilities.

I was very impressed by the level of personalization they did to a standard Shopify e-commerce template. They also allowed me to be as creative and involved as I wanted to be, during the entire process.  I was traveling at times and had some life commitments that slowed the project down and they were very patient and understanding with this.

The website just went live but it has been invaluable for current professional networking at conferences. We developed specific pages like work samples that have already been useful for potential editors to review current articles.

The goals and scope were clearly outlined and each step completed with measurable benchmarks that were helpful to their them and to me for the things like content that I needed to deliver to keep the project moving. I am especially impressed with my project manager Shuaib who was a true partner in this process to complete this website in an aggressive timeframe to have ready before my first conference.

The entire team was collaborative and on the ball with their communication which is what I appreciated most. The final execuation of the website was perfect and will be my biggest asset and tool in this next phase of my business development.

I needed a mostly informational website developed for my new company that provides continuing education services to the dental industry. The website allowed dentists to choose from a list of courses available and then once they chose a course it would take them to another website where they were able to purchase the course and register for the course. 
The website included a newsletter email collection, a opportunity to suggest continuing education topics as well as contact forms. They were able to integrate a short video on the website as well as frequently asked questions. I had never worked with a company to create a website, so I had very little to no experience with the process. I believe the website has about 10 pages. 
I'm not sure about the deliverables, but I'm pretty sure they were waiting for me to provide them the information they needed and provide the website content, so they were waiting for me more than I was waiting for them.

I didn't really keep track of measurable outcomes, I'm just one individual not a company so not keeping track of that, I was just making sure that the project was moving forward. As long as I provided the information they requested, the project continued to progress.

Yes they absolutely delivered on time. They were very attentive to my emails in my respond almost immediately but never took more than a day to respond even on the weekends.

They were very knowledgeable. I would ask for certain things and they said that you know to do the things that I was suggesting would be very expensive and I had no idea about what was involved in doing the things that I wanted but they were able to find work arounds that in the end gave me the website that I needed. They were all so very helpful with suggestions about how the develop the website so it would look and work best. And that's really what I hired them before. 
I have no experience in website development. You look at websites every day, but you don't really pay attention to what makes them interesting or what makes you stay at a website and I know there's a lot of research about it but I don't know it. I hire the company because I expect them to know it.

Being a new medical practice, we wanted a logo that would represent the name of the company, while considering the colours that represent medicine and health care. We also wanted a website design that would work for the style in Australia.

Incredible work done by the team. Project manager: Hibba Logo design: Zubair After filling out a a logo design preferences form, different design options were given to us over time. And with each logo, our feedback was taken, to further align it with our concept. Each design was given with a full presentation on how it will look. The final design that was chose received over whelming praise at our inauguration ceremony. The website design is modern and easy to use. 

It is not often that we find such user friendly websites in Australia. They also created a mobile version of the website, which was a bonus. It allows for easy navigation of the website. Book an appointment sign pops up on each page. Post live activities were done smoothly and promptly. We required some changes made to the content due to changes at the company, and all were done promptly. Exceptionally quick response to all queries at all times.

With starting a new business, I had no presence online and no where to send my potential customers. I was looking to work with an agency that I could develop a relationship with and have the work done in a timely manner. I needed a logo and website

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Having worked in the marketing/advertising world for almost a decade, I felt confident I knew what I wanted in a vendor. API had a friendly staff the communicated extremely well. They answered all the questions I had and provided thoughtful insights when requested.

The process to receive a quote was thorough but quick with no unnecessary meetings or hoops to jump through. The agency has a large list of awards and reviews that speak to their capabilities and competence. Also, their price was the best I found as well (this was not a top three factor for me).

The Logo creation process was great. After an initial meeting to learn more about my business/logo ideas they had options for me to choose from within a day or two. After a round of feedback, we landed on a design. The website I am having them build is relatively straightforward as is their process.

Similar to the logo process, they presented a few options for a home page layout and we have gone from there. The team is extremely receptive to feedback makes their changes all very quickly

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with one member of the sales team and she was incredible to work with. One of the best sales processes I have been through. If you get to work with Chelsea, you will be taken care of! Now that we have started the project, I am working with a project coordinator, project manager and the head of their project team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site is not complete but they are simply developing the designs we have landed on. They are working quickly and I have no doubts the final outcome will be exactly what I expect.

The team communicates very thoroughly and often. They wanted to use basecamp but I requested things just be done through email. I can tell the team at API truly has my best interested in heart and wants to help my new business succeed.

There has been nothing yet through my process. My project is not completed yet but I feel confident that if anything comes up, they will make right as soon as they can.

My website was slow loading and not properly tracking conversions for marketing purposes. I reached out to API to discuss a full rebuild with the goal of a fast loading website that was able to properly track conversions across analytics and other various marketing channels.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I interviewed quite a few companies and API assured me they could rebuild the website in a timely manner and accomplish all of the goals I had set forth. I started this project in November expecting to be launched prior to the new year. My previous website was built on Wordpress and they suggested it be rebuilt on Webflow of which I had no experience.

We had numerous phone calls to discuss the project. I even sent in very detailed documents about what I expected to accomplish in this project. I submitted a document saying what would make this a successful project which included - increased conversions, better site load speed, form tracking, appropriate seo set up on the back end.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

From the beginning the entire workflow was a disaster. Constant misunderstanding and work poorly done. It is clear that they outsource their work overseas and thus the communication between myself and the people doing the work was terrible. The project took more than twice as long as was expected and the product they delivered was well below expectations. I've spent thousands of dollars cleaning up their work. The website eventually launched at the end of February but I continued to find problems.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a digital marketing company. It was clear very early on that working with them would be a problem. First off they outsource everything overseas. The project took double the time it was supposed and eventually we launched when it wasn't even ready. They weren't able to put header images on the mobile version of the site. They load speed was terrible.

Per their own reports it fluctuated between 7 and 16 seconds of page load speed. It was not set up to properly track conversions. It also did not scale properly across devices. Basically none of the goals of the build were accomplished. I have since spent thousands of dollars having others fix the site.

Additionally, it came to my attention at a later date that the entire header design of the home page of my website was copied from another site. Further, although this company resides in an entirely different state than my business they have since built a website for a direct competitor in my same town and directly copied elements of my website for the competitors site. Down to the exact words and images.

Having duplicate content on different websites is terrible for both sites which they clearly don't seem to know or just don't care. One can argue whether a company should agree to work with a direct competitor but copying specific elements, words and images off of my site that I provided to them and putting those elements on a competitors site is completely unethical.

Everything was a mess from the beginning. Communication was terrible because all of the work was outsourced overseas. It was clear to me very early on that they appeared to have no idea what they were doing and it showed in the final product.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing. Perhaps their ability to mislead and promise things they clearly had no ability to deliver on in order to get you to sign a contract.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To start they should stop copying from other websites. They also should be more clear about what they are able to accomplish and what they are not.
